Detroit getting a PWHL team

Britta Curl now has 4 one game suspensions going back to last year. Just served number 4 last night in their 1-0 loss to Montreal

PWHL next locations are Hamilton, San Jose, Denver, and Vegas. San Jose looks to have jumped Denver and Vegas could get a team over Denver.

Detroit was already announced.

Hamilton next is the strongest rumor, though no official announcement.

Rumors for San Jose and Vegas have spiked recently, but also no announcements.

Saw comparison to Brad Marchand.  He leads NHL all time with 8 career suspensions (28 games lost) in over 1330 games.  

Curl has 4 suspensions in about 62 games.

Wasn't aware of the history there and a quick google search returns a lot of negative feelings toward her in the PWHL community.  I won't share those here as people can go find all they want, if they want easily enough, and I won't flame her here based on the small sampling of what I read, but hopefully things can get turned around for her.

I like her aggressive game but it’s the head shots she needs to eliminate obviously

Neither has anything to do with 4 suspensions in 62 games. Let’s stick to the 200’x85’ boundary here.
