Feff Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 NAU helped UND out on that drive imo. A tunnel screen and two run plays, not terribly aggressive. Quote
Sioux94 Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 Well, it's going to take everything we've got to come back in the second half and pull out a win here. I'm sure glad we got that win last week against UNC. Quote
ND1 Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 Down by 14 and we get the ball to start the 2 half... let's do it !! Quote
Oxbow6 Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 Tough to find a way to put sprinkles on giving up 300 yards passing in a half. Quote
Feff Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 Unless UND can figure out how to get the offensive line to work in the second half, this is a loss. Quote
Sioux94 Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 Maybe go to an up tempo semi-quick passing in the second half to open it up a bit, and sprinkle in some running? Quote
SWSiouxMN Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 Find the way to make the adjustment on both sides of the ball. They need to get Keaton going. Quote
UNDMOORHEAD Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 Unable to watch the game and it doesn't sound good on here. Not sure if this team is built to comeback from 14 down. C'mon boys win the 2nd half and the game. Quote
Oxbow6 Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 Total yards NAU 332 UND 185 First downs NAU 13 UND 7 Quote

Oxbow6 Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 Side note.......at the half UNC 14 Griz 12 Quote
AJS Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 One glimmer of hope about this offense is they have shown that they have the capability to play much better in the second half. This one is going to be on the defense again, need to play lights out in the second half to have a chance. When you give up 300 yards passing in half that's not very likely, but they need to shut them out the rest of the way. Quote
Tangolou Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 I've been watching our wide outs, can't get separation at all. Young, weak and not fast. Tough spot for this offense, down 14, not built for that. We need some turn these guys over in the second half. 1 Quote
SWSiouxMN Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 think we can put the fullback dive away for right now Quote
SWSiouxMN Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 but the delay draw? just seems to work Quote
SWSiouxMN Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 drive stalls around mid-field, punt goes back for a touchback Quote
Feff Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 Win streak coming to an end. Good gods we need that bye week Quote
SWSiouxMN Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 well, there's that! never mind. it was a pass Quote
Feff Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 Safest handoff appears to be the tiny forward toss. If you screw it up, it's just an incomplete. Quote
Feff Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 1 minute ago, F'n Hawks said: Was that actually a pass Technically yes. The ball went into the air and forward by about a foot. Quote
westsidesioux Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 Their passing game looks WAY too easy Quote
Feff Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 Rushing 3 or 4 and sitting everyone back in zone is simply not working. QB has all the time in the world. Quote
