I do not see anything to disallow the goal, based on the replays I have seen.

I see Pogo hold down the goalie for a moment.  Whether or not it was because he was hit by a Canisius player or not, I don't know.  That's the ref's call.

If he held the goalie, I missed it, from the backside angle it didn't even look like he touched him, except through honest play for the puck.  The ref was in a pretty good place to see the action, too.
