Maybe it's cheaper for them to watch it at a pub than buy game tickets. Or they want to drink alcohol while they watch, which they can't do inside of the arena because the "moral supremacists" at the NCAA won't allow it. That was my original plan when I was going to go to Tampa but then my wife went and had her knee replacement surgery a week before the Frozen 4.
