Nice to get a win over a "Power 5" school, but Mississippi State is last in the SEC with a 4-8 record.

 

Edit: It was 4-7 before UND beat Mississippi State.

South Dakota beat Arkansas last week.

 

Were back up on Massey.  G Washington and Auburn have been losing, so that hasn't helped much.

 

Tomorrow's game against Pacific is huge.

Ole Miss is 11-0 and was picked 10th in the SEC, while Florida is 5-2, Kentucky is 9-2, Mizzou is 8-4, and LSU is 2-4.

Ole Miss is 11-0 and was picked 10th in the SEC, while Florida is 5-2, Kentucky is 9-2, Mizzou is 8-4, and LSU is 2-4. 

 

The top of the SEC is good:  Florida, Kentucky, and A&M are battling for top 20 spots.  They play hard core schedules.

 

Arkansas, Miss St, and Tennessee would be struggling in the Slummit.

 

But with the inherent advantages a P5 team has, any P5 win is nice.

Doesn't matter, I live in Fargo so I have learned to extrapolate....going forward, anytime they play a top SEC team close or beat them, that means that UND would beat that team as well and from what I can tell this goes on in perpetuity.

Husfeldt, Hart, and Dooley didn't play in the MVSU game to keep them fresh for Pacific.  Pioske just had time to loosen up a bit.

 

Griffin was in full time as the setter, and Kaczorowska, Robinson, Zietek, and Moser did most of the attack game.
