It should have been a penalty shot (or they might have even been able to award a goal because it essentially happened IN the net). Quote

So let me get this right...Mac goes hard to the net. Gets cross checked. The cross check carries him into the goalie as he scores and he gets the penalty and no goal! Did I miss anything??? Quote
