It's a real reminder and dose of humility in thinking about the mundane unimportant cap one can get worked up about and bitch about. I mean really, so a power play didn't go perfect......it's not worth the gnashing of teeth that seems to go overboard. Thanks for the perspective. I would be willing to bet that man would be thrilled to have just one more chance to watch a game...win or lose. Or more importantly just be with family. Something to think about when a period may not go our preferred way this weekend. Yes, the 11.5 hours of sleep I got last night helped by the boat loads! My plan for tomorrow is to sleep. I am not entirely shocked as I have been "getting" sick for about two months. Goddammit, why is this so difficult? Also, when the score is 0-0, and the announcer says, "no score here in Grand Forks after 1 period...."...actually there is a score, it's 0-0! What they are really saying is that there is no SCORING...christ it pisses me off when people get the words to the song on the radio wrong too! End of old man rant...
