Based on what I've been able to find so far, they started their team in 2009 and just completed transition into FBS. They play in the Sun Belt Conference and got slaughtered by Cal Poly in 2011. I see they lost their last game last year to Hawaii (3-9) by 2 touchdowns. So I guess I can see why people are picking against them. Anyways, I'm going with Thursday 8/29 Southern Utah @ S. The big money people in Mobile agreed to help fund the program - provided the team moved to FBS as soon as possible. Mobile and the surrounding area produce a ton of DI FB players every year. I would guess that USA will be respectable rather soon. They won't get many SEC-calibre players but there is plenty of talent for them to get their share. So far their offense has had no problems moving the ball through the air vs. the Beavers. Even with the departure of two quality WRs.
