This season there have been many rushes where the D looks slow and plodding, and that simply won't cut it in today's WCHA (or facing any quality team on the national level). It is especially frustrating since on paper we should be shutting down the opponents attacks like a fly swatter. Really? I'd say this is the best skating D crew UND has had in a long time.
