I looked at bisonville and sdsufans and neither site had anything that I could find about Slummit football.   NDSU had a thread each on summit and MVFC happens and I didn't see anything about your pipedream.   All either thread talked about were transferring players.   Maybe you can provide a link to these "dak4" that "talking/discussing it".

they aren't talking fcs summit football bc they are whoring out their fb program to any and every fbs conference out there but no one wants em but they are like the drunk in the corner unaware that they are the drunk in the corner of the bar with puke down his front.

What's being thrown out their is the summit having more control of the MVFC.  Where any new summit league members would have a spot in the MVFC.  Giving the summit a edge to get up and coming football programs to join the summit in order to also get into the MVFC. This could draw ACU and Tarleton to the summit for all sports strengthening the summit league which needs to happen.  This isn't a pipe dream this is actively being discussed i have seen many things on it now

might be news to you that 2 summit league and 2 mvfc members think that a cusa, mwc, aac, or heck a pac12 phone call is coming any day.......when they realize it isn't they might be a little more vocal about the future of the summit ...with or without football
