Smoggy
It remains to be seen. CC is really coming on strong, but MSU has that combo of Kennedy and Abdelkator who are always dangerous. Now another CC penalty. Shot/goal. MSU 2-0. All this time I thought it was Applicator!
Stromer
So when is someone gonna bring up that the WCHA really isn't all that good this year...i've been waiting for a long time. The pride and joy of the WCHA plays Princeton tomorrow. Until then, we withold judgement.
Old Time Hockey
2-0 MSU. PP goal. This is sick! The two teams that represent the WCHA today suck in the playoffs! CC needs to toughen up a bit, they are on home ice!
fargosioux
For those without ESPNU here is a way to watch the game: You need to have both the VLC media player and Sopcast installed http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ http://www.sopcast.org/ Once you have both programs installed: Open this sopcast stream: sop://broker.sopcast.com:3912/22668 (can do this in a new browser [at least on firefox] by copy and pasting in the html bar) Once you have a solid sopcast connection, open the VLC media player and go to File/Open Network Stream Go to the network tab and enter http:// 127.0.0.1:8902 (without the space after http://) in the HTTP/HTTPS/FTP/MMS field Click OK Do not close sopcast once the feed starts in VLC. If only we had Belfour
IF CC loses this sure will seem like a weird opening day of the NCAAs How does this bode for the SIOUX. The only teams that scare me are CC, Denver and Michigan. OUCH 3-0 wow
redwing77
3-0. CC is nonexistant.

fargosioux
Wow! MSU scores with seconds left in the 2nd period to go up 3-0.
Smoggy
Now 3-0 MSU. Only about 20 seconds left in the period when this happened. CC continues to live up to expectations.
Siouxdonyms
Glad the WCHA Player of the Year is standing tall. He was down on the ice pretty quick as that last shot sailed over his shoulder. State should be able to win this, turning on their trap defense in the 3rd period.
farce poobah
Wow, what a game in CO tonight. If there's any team in college hockey that can come from 3 down after 2, it would be CC. But they've dug themselves a huge hole.
siouxforce19
i must say, i'm surprised at this 3-0 score. Though I can't exactly judge on what's going on since I'm just listening. I thought CC would keep it a little closer. interesting...

sagard
CC would have about two penalties tonight with a WCHA crew. They failed to adjust and have paid the price.
Washburn Sioux
WCHA is not making much moise tonight. Hope Saturday will have WCHA teams winning.

petey23
CC would have about two penalties tonight with a WCHA crew. They failed to adjust and have paid the price. Probably true, but Todd"let em play" Anderson seemed to find his whistle plenty of times in the Notre Dame and New Hampshire game.

soohockey15
CCHA one period away from being 3-0 today. Don't worry i said WCHA...St. Cloud had one line. CC isn't a grind it out type squad which you need in the playoffs. Minnesota can't score. Wisconsin has no business in this tournament. UND has been inconsistent the past two weeks and played without their feet moving for all but a period and a half at the FF. Denver has looked the best of late and seems the best ready to make a run outta the WCHA especially with a tender that has done it before. That said...the sioux play well and attack with their feet moving i'm not sure Denver's young guys can skate with them. Should be interesting, but it's clear the WCHA isn't as far above everyone else as we thought. At least the top teams.
Blackheart
Probably true, but Todd"let em play" Anderson seemed to find his whistle plenty of times in the Notre Dame and New Hampshire game. Anderson will use the whistle. It's Shep, Adam, and Campion whose games do not resemble NCAA play at all. CC pulled a 0-3 miracle vs. Michigan a few years ago, here is to hoping they get an early goal and make it interesting.
