AZSIOUX
Phil has been damn solid along with the whole team this entire year so I put together a little website for Phil with the help of BIG A HG for fun and to spread the word http://ryan85268.tripod.com/phil4hobey/
Fetch
How Important are this weekends games ? Will it be the momentum to take us the rest of the way ? Or can we bounce back even if it does not go well ? I don't think we have played our best Hockey yet - all at the same time (other than JPL) I predict the PP will be Key (here on out)
SiouxTupa
Bachman and Kangas are the next Mannino's....which could suck in the future. But both could also end up as the next Isaac Reichmuth. You just never know how a player will react in the coming years. I truly hope they succeed though, because it's good for the league. I think UND will be ok in the goalie department *crosses fingers for no Siembidas in the coming years*.
HaksHomey
I'm predicting the Sioux will enter this weekend as the #2 team in the country and sweep the Pies

Oxbow6
Got the over/under for total goals in this series at 6. Goals will be harder to come by than a PCM post. 3-1 UND Fri. and 1-0 pick 'em on Sat.

rochsioux
UND's record vs. Mannino as best I can find: W/L: 3-4 Goals: 17 Shots: 201 Save%: 91.5 This includes one shutout for him and one game (2005 championship) where he allowed one goal on 45 shots. In JPL's last 4 starts vs. Denver he is 2-2 with one shutout, two games only allowing one goal each, and a 4-3 ot loss.
Boy Named Sioux
i hope JPL does this....this weekend. http://wickedwrister.com/?p=41 That is funny! What's not funny are those jerseys and how jerseys in this country start looking more and more Euro every year. Yikes. I think I'd rather see the Bird Flu hit our soil than those Jerseys. Boy Named Sioux
I hope for the first two periods of Fridays' game that the Sioux just STAPLE the Pios to the boards. I don't even care if they score a goal or touch the puck (OK - I care, but for the sake of adding drama, pretend you don't know that). I am not talking about being a bunch of goons, I mean clean, hard, nasty hits from everyone. If you have a chance to finish a check and you barely tap the guy - you sit. Tell Malone (and others) the only reason he has for watching the puck is to see who it is that he is about to lay out. Set the tempo. Let them know we plan on winning battles for the puck by smearing them into the glass and skating away from them with it as they drop to ice. HIT 'em STICK 'em F'n KRIST POP 'em. OK sorry I went a little Hanson Brother there. I just think we won't be in these games if we are not the more physical team. I know some will say that we are unbeaten in 9 so don't change a thing - but I think we need to amp up the hitting or lose.
mygarske
For those who won't be able to get to the Ralph or live here in Rodentville, good news! Well, at least on Friday night. The Friday night game will be broadcast on Fox College Sports Channel (FCSC). It's channel 263 on Comcast Northwest suburbs, check your local listings for your cable or dish subscriber. Not sure if they will pick up the FSSN feed or if it will be the Menver Fox team. After listening to them last weekend against the goofs it will be tough, but they can't be as bad as those two guys from Landcow State. They did compliment the Sioux fans and the Ralph, of course. Anyone have news on the Saturday night game? Other than the Fighting Sioux Net broadcast.

808287
I know this is a little off topic, but with Miami's goalie letting in 10 last weekend, and Bachman letting in a few, our man Jean-Philippe is now sitting atop the NCAA Goalie stats. Combine that with the Fighting Sioux Strength of Schedule ranking of #1 (hardest schedule) and I think we have a serious Hobey candidate between the pipes. I'm just sayin'.... siouxforeverbaby
Hey Sioux fans, Coach Gwoz here checking in to see how things are going. Things are OK with myself and the team as of today. Well, actually I forgot to mention we lost our leading scorer to the Montreal Canadians organization. I cant comment on why he left but I wish Brock all the best during his pro career. *kicks his dog* *punches the computer hes typing on* *slams another brewskie* *curses at a picture of jason gregoire*.......................Our team will miss him but with the talents of ruegsegger and rahkshanni and mannino we will be fine. Is it just me as a coach or does it feel like Peter Mannino has been here for 7 years? He is our backbone though. We just came off playing the Gophers, man are they bad. I think they ended up 0 for 20 on the PP in our 4 game sweep vs them this season but thats for another day to discuss. Cant wait to get to Grand Forks, heard it was -40 with windshield last week, damn thats cold. I hope my boys bring their A game because I know they will need it vs the Fighting Sioux. Sincerely, PS.......I have a bum ankle so I wont be able to do any dasher dancing this weekend if need be and yes I do look like Mr Belding from the classic show Saved By The Bell, i posted pics that look like me below Give me a warning before you do this! Either that or I just have to not drink anything while I read this. HEHEHE!

Doesn't make sense to me considering rankings. Makes perfect sense considering UW is Big10.
