anyone remember the pricing from last year?

I don't get the outrage. I wonder how many people would sell something they own for less than Fair Market Value just so everyone can afford it. They have a product that is worth at least $100/Ticket. They easily could have been scum bags and required you to also purchase tickets for one of the exhibition games. Not everyone can afford everything.

Agree. As will every other game. And yes I get it some games will affect pairwise more/differently

I know I'm in minority. I just think the games are not as important being in a different conference. Rather go to games vs. duluth, St. Cloud and denver.

Simple Supply and Demand. I wouldn't be going, little too much for my budget. I will watch on TV and attend multiple other games. Personally these Gopher non-conference games would rank about 10th on my interest level to go watch. If people are will to pay $100 a ticket, great for the university. Lord knows they need the money.

Why many running backs so we need? Just hope it doesn't take too much practice time away from the others.

Maybe this doesn't count because he started his career late, but always wondered how good Chad Mustard would have been if he played 4 years. Pretty impressive to get a shot in the NFL and only playing 1 year of college. Looks like i was late in suggesting this. Didn't submit quit enough.

Better to have a guy less talented 100% committed to the program. best of luck to him. There are certain decisions in life that affect you for the rest of your life. I'm afraid this might be one for him. Not a lot of people have the talent to get a free education while playing football. I wonder if Bubba would have allowed him to come back if not for SDSU and E. Washington extending an offer to him. I feel if it was just Minot St. offering him he would have left it alone.

Why not Santiago as PR? Need to get ball in his hands as much as possible .the carries out of the backfield will be more limited with the depth at Running back.

Interesting Stat. The team with the easiest Big Sky schdule last year was E. Washington and really not even close. Of course going 8-0 and not playing themselves helps, but samething with UND. I might be in the minority but I like the way that looks. A large Hawk logo at center ice will not look good. It should not ever be blown up that big. Looks good on a hat or polo shirt, thats about it. However, I'm 99% sure they will use it at center ice this year based on how they are using it around campus.

It's almost like they think UND put there comference schedule together themselves. The whole avoiding Montana thing is laughable. I had respect for E. Washington until resently, now I hope they kick there ass mostly to shut them up.

What I always think it is funny that USD thinks just because they play in the Valley that it makes them a premier team. I hope we beat the snot out of them.

Anyone the downplays what the Lamoureux twins did for the women’s program is an idiot. The program was garbage before they got here. They were the sole reason the program was relevant in women hockey. Idalski failed to get the program to the next level. UND made the right call by dropping the program and the Twins should either come up with a realistic solution or stop the complaining.

I'm not a fan of the new name or logo, but would say 95% of names and logos suck. They just have been around so long that they are accepted by fan's. Problem is we went from what might be the greatest name and logo on all of sports (of course I'm a little bias). I was one of the fans chanted Sioux Forever after the National championship game last year. To me it was meant to be an FU to the NCAA. While at the banner ceremony earlier this season and hear the Sioux Forever Chant I thought what I bunch of idiots. I know that makes me a hypocrite, but I think the Sioux Forever chant is embarrassing and needs to stop. I’m so sick of the Facebook posts questioning who are the Fighting Hawks, they are the fighting Sioux. Questioning why the hockey team would put the new logo on their jerseys. It is the logo of the university and should be used in place of the interlocking ND. I wear Sioux stuff almost all the time on the weekend. Don't feel the need to repurchase a new wardrobe just because of the name change, but plan of purchasing a fighting hawk’s polo and hat before football season.

I was with you until this part. If you are a #1 then you should get the right to host. Either at your home rink or a rink of your choice. Almost always assured of a great atmosphere and the lost revenue of drop in attendance would probably be made up in saving of travel cost of the host team.

I'll be interested to see how ticket sales are for this. I'm not sold on the fact that this will be a tough ticket to get. With Frozen Faceoff in Mpls the weekend before and frozen four in St Paul 2 weeks after. I’m not sure how many people are going to be excited to travel down for this. Without a guarantee of UND making the NCAA tournament I know I won’t be purchasing until I’m positive UND will be there. If I don't get tickets so be it.

So it sounds like others bid to host in their home rink. Guess UND did what they should do.

If no one else bids for West Regionals, UND should be puting in a bid to host at the Ralph and nowhere else. NCAA would have not choice, but to give to UND.
