They have been locked into the tournament for a while now. Fridays lost cost the team a chance at the nchc tournament championship. It absolutely mattered. If Friday didn’t matter neither than the last month and a half.

Bring this guy back to give them the look before Regional games, than bring Berry back for the Frozen Four.

I wish UND would bid to host at the Ralph every year. Stop the biding to host at Scheels and in Sioux Falls. Feeling like they are letting the NCAA off the hook, by bidding for neutral sites. UND and only a few others are the only ones place bids. If no one placed neutral site bids they would have to allow hosting at home arenas. Besides we have not had much luck when hosting in Sioux falls or Scheels.

Are you really trying to say he doesn't work hard? He is in over his head and don't believe he can take the program to the next level, but to imply he doesn't work are in unfair.

The thing is a lot of fans could care less about the game if UND is not playing. So it is $50/game if they win or $100/game if they lose.

My thoughts exactly. The members of the Big 10 could have pushed for a change in the Bylaws to not form a Big 10 hockey conference. They saw the chance to generate more money and no one did anything to change it. I guess I can't blame them.

I'm not sure how anyone can prove either way. I was told be someone that works at Midco SN that he saw Pat arrive for an interview when they were hiring for the position. He would have not reason to make it up.

Problem with the Big10/CCHA Model and the future NCHC model is there is too much time off before the national tournament if you don't make it to the championship game. Wisconsin is going to get 3 weeks without playing a game. Also College hockey should have at least 2 games every weekend. With the Semi-Finals and Finals only being a single game we miss out on a lot of hockey.

UND should be the more desperate team Friday night. We need a win for a #1 seed. Looks to me like UNO is looked in at a #3 seed.

UNO looks to be locked into a 3 seed no matter what they do this weekend.

Personally I'm hoping Omaha gets a 4 seed and UND and Denver remain as 1 seeds. Would love to see BU or BC have to travel to Sioux Falls to deal with Omaha. An Omaha win would get us closer to higher seeds hosting 1st and 2nd round games in the NCAA tournament. UND had there chance to all but eliminate UNO. They didn't so I guess I don't think they deserve to be the 1 seed in Sioux Falls.

This might be the one thing that would get me to stop watching Sioux Hockey. He is horrible.

I think at this point we are cheering for Omaha so they are the 3 seed. I don't see them dropping to 15 or below. Otherwise we will need a couple teams below 15 winning there tournaments.

All Seniors that have not been honored for a Senior night yet are being honored. Nothing to do with whether they are coming back or not. I'm guessing those decisions will be made by the Athlete and coaches end of April or May. I sure hope we are not hitting the portal again next year for the 4th year in a row. I thought we had a star Goaltender set to come in. Beside Hobie needs to be given a shot. Bothers me how Berry relies on one goaltender for the whole season. He need to get the back-up some minutes throughout the year for the good of the future or injuries.

Which is odd because Sacred Heart has girls that play for Central in other sports. I know Girls Soccer for sure.

Football is the 1 sport that there is no good way to play overtime. My idea would be overtime continues right were regulation left off and whoever scores first is the winner. So whoever had the ball when regulation ending keeps the ball just like it is the end of the 1st or 3rd Quarter. Team switch side and down and distance continues.

Think you Kick off and when you get the ball back you go for the win.

Way to early to predict a record in my opinion. Common sense would say 7 wins and 1st round exit. They need to hit the portal hard after Spring Ball. Obviously help on the defensive side of the ball. Interested to see who they bring in as Offensive Coordinator. I'm think we will see an upgrade at QB. I'm guessing the Writing was on the Wall or Schuster would have stuck around 1 more year.

I think if he reach's the Quarterfinals he gets extended.

I like UND Hockey and Football Equally. I would like to see rather than a new scoreboard, or new locker rooms or weight rooms at the REA, use some of that money to invest in the football program. Seems like money is being spent the the REA on things that are not needed. It should be one university, but is seems like it is the Hockey program vs all other programs.

It will be very interesting when UND gets control of the REA in 6 years. I'm guessing a lot the the money will be funneled over to other programs within the university and there will be a lot of Hockey Only fans upset the the Arena is not being maintained at the same rate as before. Is it still true that the REA gets 40% of Football ticket sales? Is this documented anywhere or just speculation.
