Positive- Big increase in INT's Neg-Too many big plays

I think it is a chicken or egg thing. People will not go until others want to go. We are a society of followers. Kind of like a packed bar. They could have crappy music and overpriced drinks, but look there is a line out the door that must be the place to be.

That is because hockey games are the place to be.

Somehow it needs to become the place to be. Part of what makes going to Sioux Hockey games so great is you are one of 12K that get to go. "I scored tickets to the hockey game” Anyone that wants to go to the Football ball game can easily get a ticket. I also don't think it helps that all home games are on TV. I know a few people that don’t go to the game because they can sit home and watch on TV for Free. Eat their own food and use their own bathroom.

I'm just glad to hear that they care.

IMO we have seen what Bartles can do for 3+ years and I’m not impressed. Brad should be the starter. Give him a full week at practice as the #1 guy and see what he can do.

3 very frustrating things I heard/witnessed yesterday at the game. While tailgating, I heard one young guy ask his buddy if they were planning on leaving at half to which he replied yep. On 4th and inches for the offense in the 1st quarter the fans in my section started to yell. After UND scored on the opening kickoff fans continued to stand in anticipation of UND kicking off. I couple fan were yelling at them to sit down. Not only do we have ways to go in getting fans to the game we need better fans.

What time does the Team show up? I'm not big into tailgating, but would like to be in the parking lot to see the team arrive and walk to the arena.

They use to give tickets to Jr champions club members. Would be nice to do that for this game.

Looks like if you have Midco it will be on Ch 4.

Anyone know what Poll is the most meaningful? Is there a poll that the selection committee uses?

I like the idea of 2 undefeated in the conference teams duking it out at the Alerus next week. So Weber. As far at Strength of schedule i don't think it matters since we play both.

ROI is Its one of 3 Teams sports we have a chance at the National Championship. Very similar to where we were at with Women's BB in the 80's with fan interest and quality of play.

I think the problem is people compare the Women's game to the Men's game. Obviously no comparison between size, speed and talent. However, I really enjoy UND Women's hockey. I do think they need to play in a smaller venue or block off 1/2 the lower bowl. The closer you are to other fan's the better the game seems. Attendance number are very similar to Volleyball. I believe they have the same ticketing requirements. Champions club member get in free and all others pay about $10.

I think 11,000 is realistic. The seating in the end zone is horrible. I have a hard time sees those seats being filled consistently.

I guess I have a different personality. When I hear Bubba speak, I feel like I could run through a wall for him. Give me a coach that not speaks with pride and passion every time over a guy the jumps up and down screaming. Any way’s like said before this is where the other coaches and caption need to pick up the slack.

I would call it taunting. Kind of like tapping a kid on the head and saying good try.

I'm pretty sure it was after they cut the lead to 10. At that point UND was back in it. It could have been a tie game and most of the student would leave. I don't think it is the cool thing to stay for the whole game. I guess that is what happens when you bribe the student s to attend. By no means am I lets the rest of the crowd off the hook. No reason for them to leave. It was still a game going into the 4th quarter.

I was very surprised by the lack on South Dakota fans at the game. I was expecting about 1000 fans from there. Guess they don't travel well. I do think with all the other entertainment options these day's attending sporting events are not at the top of peoples priority lists these day's.

They pass the first play of the game and guess what huge gain. Need to play less predictable. Very disappointed in the number of people leaving early yesterday. Seemed like a slap in the face with all the students that left early after bubba's bucks was announced. I guess it is not enough to give the students free tickets now they need to be paid to come to the game. I just don't get it. Great first win of the season, now need to carry momentum into the next few games and go on a win streak

Great new on the MSU game being on TV. Need more UND road games on TV. More exposure the better.

I don't get the idea that Clive should not have fought for the extra yardage idea. Granted I did not see the play as I was listening on the radio at the time. But you can't settle for going down at the 2 yard line. You should fight for the extra yardage and try to score. Can't assume you are getting a TD in the next couple of plays after. Question for people who saw the play. Did he fumble because he was hurt?

The name is way worse than the logo. I picked up a yard sign at the fan fest and to my surprise I put in my front yard.
