Haven't I read on here about a billion times that Faison sent Gene another contract? Sometime this year? After UND's OOC Big Sky games were scheduled? Wouldn't that mean the ball is in NDSU's court as to when/if a game during the regular season happens? I believe our OOC's are pretty well set up for the next couple seasons. Need a couple of games for 2015-2016, one of which will probably be FBS(not hard to find). At this point in time I'm not sure what NDSU's resume would gain.

They played in softball recently I believe. NDSU and SDSU have a nice little rivalry. Pretty good natured. Both moved up together, so in a sense it is a rivalry based on respect. I enjoy it. I think the UNI rivalry is getting bigger and bigger. Variety of reasons. Both sides point fingers. Ball is in NDSU's court. NDSU is in a position of strength obviously at the moment. I'm sure building a rivalry with UND in some way would be beneficial(ticket sales, interest, etc.) for both schools.

he couldn't just say 'We know who are guy is" and decline to answer whom it is?

They don't count. If they did, NDSU would have hosted a national semi-final the following weekend. UNI pulled its annual playoff "crap the bed" game, this time against a team on the road who made them pay. A question was asked, I answered. I also mentioned the type of play people find a lot of in the Big Sky in addition to the most recent experiences on the field.

As much as I want to agree tj, Lennon held the Bison to a grand total of 9 points last season. Granted, our offense wasn't anything special last season, but he has a solid track record for putting a good defense on the field. Putting a good defense on the field always gives you a chance(see any Steelers team for a longgggg time).
-
One thing if NDSU was any good this year, a whole nother if you beat a fellow team who sucks. You could be right though.
-
Steelers have never had too many major issues doing that unless injuries struck hard. We rock.
-
The most successful defense over the past decade or so has been the Dick LeBeau Steeler(my favorite team) defense. But sending more than 4-5 will leave the team exposed.
-
I don't think things would have a drastic change, but at least you'd get the satisfaction of putting some sort of pressure of the qb. UND's defense is just plain awful right now, that doesn't change by blitzing.

I was at the game the first two games. No way it got louder when UND scored in person. On the radio perhaps based on where the microphone was. We suck. UND doesn't look like they are any good either. So I left considering we were not going to do anything right obviously. Congrats to UND tonight(unless NDSU is somehow mounts an amazing comeback.)

Team would have to be drunk/hungover to lose to USD.

Many point to the wide-open(in some folks opinion, soft) style of play as well as the fact that the 2010 Herd was 7-4(all four losses in the Valley), dominated Montana State(Co-Champ) and gave EWU all they could handle before an interesting series of events in the late 4th quarter/OT. Those two games really hurt the Sky perception to a lot of people that I know.

And the CAA has 5 of the top 22. Trumped.

The child has good taste.

I believe it is quite difficult to get someone in trouble for supplying. Paper trail required and such. The police don't find out I believe when people are admitted to the hospital because that would encourage people to NOT go to the hospital.

You just explained the difference between regular teams and great teams. Congrats. 1 up for your comment.

As a Notre Dame fan, Kelly reminds me of Bohl. Threw a fit when we screwed up late in the game against Colorado State. If the coach preaches nothing less than perfection, good things can happen. Kelly is just the ***hole Notre Dame needs. But like I said, UND will be fine. Getting aclimated to bigtime football isn't easy(my boys success down south here doesn't help y'all) but it will happen. Happy you guys lost, figured it'd be closer though, stay safe.
-
reps given. You raise good points. drunk watching Notre Dame( haven't trailed for one second all season, that is insane!)
-
As much as I really want to pile it on you guys, I cant. When NDSU first joined the Valley(granted, it wasn't as good as our transition teams) we got taught a couple lessons for 2 full seasons about what it takes to win at this level. UND will get it's lumps as well. Learn to run the ball and to play defense and things will go better. To win in an established conference(especially against good teams in said conferences) on the road is a tough task. Granted, I think that EWU would be beating UND regardless. UND will be fine in the long run, I don't think they will ever be a Montana by any means but I could be wrong and it would hurt to admit it but thats ok. I'm drunk also btw but I find I am nicer to you guys when drunk. Before anyone makes a comment about how I am home on a Saturday night during homecoming should remember I can't afford to get in trouble again. I hate UND with all my heart and all of you guys

A good QB moves the chains. Nothing wrong with that. That in mind, I'm not watching so you guys obviously have a better idea of what is going on. I'll take 5-10 yards all day.

ISU-R lost to SIU today. Very surprised. NDSU is very good this year. Loving life. Youngstown could easily lose another game. They don't have a great defense. I won't judge them too much on today's performance. They fumbled the first play and threw a pick-six when they were going to tie it up. Everything went wrong for them.
-
If you want to get technical sure, I generally say that if someone admits to something in a context the way he did that they are apologizing.
-
Cause handling Pittsburgh isn't worthy of top 25. Both teams would be near the top of the Big Sky.
-
So he apologizes and you are still going after him? Cool.

I don't know why anyone would assume Kristo wasn't drunk. Maybe he wasn't, but I'd say the best thing to assume is that he was.
