  1. Well, if you don't want to send him a message, don't. If I do it, I won't do it until the end of the season, like you said. I just figured if we are going to bellyache on here, we might as well have the option to tell it to the person at the top. And I don't think Faison has "time to waste" reading our e-mails about scheduling and whatever else, so I guess we shouldn't bug him either, right? #wantsitbothways
  2. Really? How is this different from e-mailing Faison about game scheduling or some other issue?
  3. Okay, I'll just leave this here: bubba.schweigert@athletics.und.edu Please be polite and courteous, but don't be afraid to tell Bubba why you think Rudolph is the wrong choice to run the offense.
  4. Remember all the Negative Nellies who said we would never, ever fill a 12,000 seat arena so we better not build it any larger than that? In hindsight, we should have built it to 15,000. Think big and you will exceed expectations. Think small and that is how you will remain.
  5. And honestly, I think the Frisco talk was a little premature even before the injuries. I certainly wanted to make the playoffs again. And this time win at least one (maybe even two) games.
  6. I do not "strive" for "lowly expectations on a regular basis". And neither do Bubba and his staff. That said, if this happens next year without the injuries and there are more drug busts and whatever else, then I will start asking some tough questions. I do hope Bubba replaces Rudolph as OC (he has talent that he is just not using) and perhaps the special teams coach as well. If he doesn't, then I also will ask questions about that too.
  7. Yeah, true freshmen and redshirt freshmen should get the exact same results as veteran starters, some of whom are being looked at by NFL scouts.
  8. This is what some people want.....glee clubs like "Higher Ground" and "Fall Creek" to sing the anthem every single game. Meh doesn't cover it, more like Ugh!!!
  9. I have never said anything about 10 years. I don't think anyone else has either. All I have said is that building depth on a team that basically was starting over from scratch takes time, more time than our 24/7, instant gratification obsessed society is willing to give. You talk like they should be knocking on the door of Frisco, TX right now and that just isn't realistic. But keep indirectly calling for regime change if that makes you feel better.
  10. And I will shed no tears for them. #karmaisab!tch
  11. Fire Bubba? No. Fire Rudolph? Yes x 1000!!!
  12. I didn't know the offensive line called that draw play on 3rd and 10 on the last drive........oh wait.
  13. For years, our fans have bellyached about the PP being garbage. After a Saturday game in which we scored 3 goals on a 5 minute one-man advantage, some people are bellyaching that those goals weren't 5 x 5. Let's just enjoy the victory last night and look forward to the conference opener next week.
  14. With as much crap as they get by with, I'll consider us even.
  15. Look Gopher troll, you won't get any support on this forum. And speaking of all time records, last time I checked 8 > 5.
  16. Then he better invest his initial contract wisely, because he'll get chewed up and spit out in the minors and never make it to the promised land.
  17. It is actually good that people are upset about this season. That means people still care about the program. If apathy sets in, that is much harder to fix.
  18. That kid definitely needs to put on some serious muscle before he even thinks about signing a pro contract. The AHL will eat him alive, let alone the NHL.
  19. If they did that stupid M-I-N-N-E-S-O-T-A chant, I have a version of my own that I like to use. And they HATE it!
  20. 2-0 loss (with empty netter) More "hot goalie' crap in the Sunday Heraldo. Prove me wrong boys...............................Please! #sandbagging
  21. Shut him down and shut him up.
  22. I guess I am questioning if UMD and Penn State are as good as Brad thinks they are. Penn State was tested by something called American International College last night. And UMD lost so much from last year that I think they will struggle in the NCHC.
  23. Schlossman is predicting a split, citing Minnesota being "tested" by UMD and Penn State. #ifyousaysobrad
