That is pure baloney. There are a lot of FBS teams that would have trouble winning FCS conference titles, let alone national titles. Bowling Green immediately comes to mind, as well as the entire Sun Belch.

I am sick of hearing how much $$$ the almighty Bowls make. From what I hear, a lot of these bowl games lose money and have half-full stands at best. We need to cut the number of bowl games in half; 5-7 teams should not be playing in bowl games.

More competition = more valuable national championships. I say bring it on.

Why do you say that? SDSU pretty much curb stomped FU in Brookings. And they have curb stomped people in the playoffs as well. They look for real to me. Meanwhile, JMU nearly lost at home to Weber State. I don't know if they are as good this year or not.

Matt Cullen, 1995. Blais had just taken over and the program wasn't looking good yet. I am still convinced that Craig Dahl recruited Ryan Frisch just to get Matt Cullen. Frisch never played much, which tells you the real reason he was on the team. Cullen left school after his sophomore year.

It doesn't matter, I suppose he has committed to Denver already anyway.

Maybe the whole freaking team should be playing in the North Star Athletic Association.

Like I have said before, this is going to be a long, cold winter for MBB in Grand Forks.

I doubt 2018 will feature the same level of carnage that we saw in 2017. I have never seen anything like it before.
