  1. How long is the contract between the NCHC and CBSSN? Anyone know?
  2. Remember, Bison fans have very short and selective memories!!
  3. I guess I haven't heard much about Hooker not being ready to go. While I agree that his playing time may be limited due to the number of guards we have. But depth is a key aspect in winning games. Sure we have our stud Seniors who have played tons of minutes since they were freshman. But every team needs depth. Especially if we are to compete for a Big Sky title. Just think of what a great asset he would be coming off the bench!! I think they should play him right away and use him. This year is one of the most anticipated years I can remember for mens basketball at UND. If we are gonna make a run at making it to the Big Dance, we will need the depth Hooker provides to win games late in the game. I guess we will find out tonight!!
  4. Please God have it be next Monday!!
  5. Anyone notice the new Great West Football Conference banner in the north endzone? That sure took a long time to get. Maybe Muss paid to have it made to remind Faison of his championship season. Ha!!!!
  6. 10 minutes till kickoff....worst crowd I have ever seen at the Alerus. To be expected I guess.
  7. Our Seniors deserve a win. I say huge game for Bartels and Hardin. 35-17 UND.
  8. If I could hand pick my seats at the Ralph right now, I would pick the first row of the corner sections. Best seats in the house to see all the action IMO. Anyone got any they want to give me??!!! Ha!!
  9. Each banner is unique to each year. Same on both sides. Earliest to most recent going from east to west. The way it's always been.
  10. I originally posted the "Fire Muss: sign idea in jest. Had no idea that it would spark so much controversy!! I agree that it would be a dumb idea and probably wouldn't serve much purpose. The chances of him getting fired are pretty great. Not sure putting the words on a sign of what the vast majority of fans in the crowd are thinking is really gonna matter.
  11. I have written an email to Faison. If you look at my previous posts, I suggested that was the best way to voice your opinion. I was just curious to see if bringing a sign would actually happen. I agree that there are better ways to voice your opinion. But if someone were to bring a sign calling for Muss to be fired, would you be mad at hat person? Would you disagree with them?!!

  13. I asking an honest question. I probably wouldn't resort to bringing a sign like that. But I did voice my opinion my emailing Faison. That is probably the best way to do it. But if someone wants to bring a "Fire Muss" sign to the game, I fully support that. Why shouldn't a person be able to do that. This is still America right?!!
  14. Won't have to carry it around. I will just find a seat to put it on. Shouldn't have a problem finding one!!
  15. Anyone plan on going all out and bringing a "fire Muss" sign to the game Saturday?!!
  16. Only way to make your voice heard is to email Faison directly. brian.faison@athletics.und.edu Please be respectful. I am sure he has received plenty the last month. But more will show that there are fans out there that don't just want to complain about our team losing, but that we care about this program.
  17. Most undiciplined UND team I have ever seen. Sloppy, no team chemistry. Muss does not deserve to come back on campus let alone keep his job. They need to "Kiffen" him at GFK airport once the plane touches down. This is awful.

  19. He's done. No way he's back.
  20. These refs love calling pass interference!!
  21. Watching ESPN Gameday this morning. Saw a person in the background holding a sign that said "scalp UM". And we are the hostile and abusive ones!!!
  22. UND played for 3 National Championships in 2001. Womens basketball lost in OT of the NC to Cal Poly Pamona. Agreed that that was a great time for UND Sports. Winning Big Sky titles and conference titles and tournament bids is the most our basketball can hope for. But that is a pretty bid success as well!!
  23. Ok, so The Ralph got ri of its shuttle service. Does it suck, sure!! Many people used this service. But there are other means to get to the game. Of course getting there early to park on one of the side streets is an option, but schedules of people may prevent that. Many people take advantage of taking a shuttle bus from a local restaurant or bar. That has proved to be very popular. Of course that is not ideal for people with kids or anyone that doesn't want to be in that type of atmosphere. So what are other options? There are places that don't have the bar like atmosphere on the shuttle to the game that fans would be comfortable bringing their kids on. One that comes to mind is the Eagles Crest Grill at Kings Walk Golf Course. My parents who are in their 60's have taken that bus to games and found it very good and much quitter than other shuttle in town. Hopefully with the shuttles being cancelled, other businesses will take advantage of this and have "family friendly" shuttles to the games. Not sure how many hotels have shuttles to the game, but that could be an option. My point is while UND shuttles may be cancelled, their other options for fans to get to the game. Having "family friendly" shuttles from hotels or wherever is something that hopefully becomes more popular and an option.
  24. So I was listening to the UND coaches show on Wednesday night and I heard something very telling. When talking to Muss about the loss, he came up with all sorts of reasons like turnovers, our players didn't play up to their potential, our QB is young, etc. Later they talked to Ashley Hardee. UND Volleyball was coming off their first Big Sky loss at N. Arizona. He mentioned a few things that attributed to the loss. But one thing that he did was but part of the blame on himself and his coaches. My question is has Muss ever put blame on himself or coaching staff for loses they have had? Always seems to be the tough schedule, injuries, inexperience at certain positions, etc. While it is certainly not all the coaches fault for loses, it was refreshing to here Hardee man up and admit when he was out coached. Also disturbing to see Muss make excuses and not put any blame on himself and the other coaches.
