I think that's a much fairer assessment of Studsrud. Except for the first two games, I thought that he had a good season. Granted, his completion percentage needs improving, and I think we'll see that his senior year, but only turning the ball over a couple of times all season in a ball control offense was a big factor in our success.

VERY disappointed that Hooker wasn't voted the league MVP. In my opinion, he more than earned it with his play, and, throw in his character and leadership, it should have been a slam dunk. Feel badly for him, but he has the kind of character that he's probably just happy for the guy that won it. He's going to be greatly missed. Congrats, Q, on a great season and an awesome career!

Good suggestion. He's a UND guy through and through in that he spent his entire playing career here and then became an assistant coach, and the fact that he survived the transition in coaches says a lot about what Bubba thinks of him. I think he'd be a great enthusiastic salesman for UND football.
