Do you happen to know when the suspensions will end?

I'd like to see them switch him to a wideout or RB in order to achieve that potential. JMO

I hope that Sulik and the new recruit are good enough to press Jerry hard. Not too crazy about JTJ, as it appears that he lacks in the passing department from the few samples that we have.

If he's guilty, we don't need a wide receiver, or anybody, that badly. Give the spot to someone with good character (and ability).

Sad deal. They've got a pretty good season going, and then to lose their top scorer.

SDSU lacks depth; all of their starters played 33 or more minutes (2 of them played 40 or more, or virtually the entire game), while our starters all played 33 minutes or less. I think that that may have been a factor late in the second half and OT. Bench points were 39 to 10 in our favor. We're developing some decent depth. We didn't shoot it as well in the second half, but overall we played an excellent game offensively, lots of movement and screens, and we played a good game defensively. SDSU has a couple of players that can really fill it up. Two winnable games on the road next weekend and a chance to go 4-0 or at least 3-1.

USD only played 7 players and probably just ran out of gas in the second half.

Someone mentioned earlier that several players were sick.

They ARE a solid team. They only lost by 1 to Arkansas @ Arkansas and by 7 to Nebraska @ Nebraska.

DL got the game-winner with 16 sec. to play.

Neither did I. Don't know if what's needed is inhouse. JK, Sulik, and the new recruit all came in/are coming in with great credentials.

From what little that I've seen of him, JTJ isn't an accurate passer. Need a QB who can pass. That has been painfully apparent since late in the season. Maybe Jerry can get back to where he was earlier this season. I think that he's been playing hurt since the USD game, which is where the regression began. Maybe at some point we'll find out for sure.

They'll be more than a handful, for sure. Was just pointing out that Montana wasn't exactly playing the little sisters of the poor with respect to their 1-5 record.

Losses were to two Big 10 teams, two Big 12 teams, and the preseason Summit champ.

I don't know if anyone noticed, but the force of the targeting on Jerry's helmet knocked his upper body a good 60 degrees from where the hit occurred. Watch the replay if you didn't notice it. Sickening.
