Does anyone know or has Eric Schmidt ever mentioned what he might have whispered in J.T. O' Sullivan's ear at the 8:08 to 8:15 mark of the video? In my mind, it went something like this.... "My boys and I will be here all day.'"

Coe is ready!!!! "Coe didn't practice much last week during UND's first-round bye of the FCS tournament, and he said the time off has helped him recover from nagging injuries. "I'm feeling strong," he said.

I'll play: Szabla looked to have been fouled on her three-attempt in the closing seconds of overtime to tie it. She could have gone to the line to tie it up. No Call. On the other hand, who says she makes her FTs the way the Hawks were shooting them today?

It's another product of comparisons to the backyard to the south. It keeps us on edge on everything, whereas very few other FCS fan bases have to live day-to-day with such stark comparisons staring them in the face. Take a huge historic regional (70 miles away) rivalry and mix it with the meteoric recent success by one side and relative stagnation by the other, and viola!: You have what we have here... always looking over the fence and questioning why we can't have it the same way -- and fast! The glass half-full to this scenario is that few other FCS teams have the same incentive living so close to them spurring them to get better.

By my count, tix master site shows a little over 9,200 as of now...that will likely change a little once season tix holder seats are released for public purchase. That said, we still have more than a week to go.

Interesting thing about Cam is that he has stuck around UND after the injury. He's studying fisheries and wildlife studies as well as kinesiology, according to registrar records. Also, since hanging it up for good, he's been working as an assistant with the FB team doing a lot of video work at practices and during spring and fall camps.

What ever happened to old RD? I always loved his weekly score predictions. If he ever picked UND to win or cover.... I got a little worried.

I knew walk up was going to be strong, so I planned accordingly and got there in time to get through line, buy a couple of hot dogs and a coke and get to my seat before the anthem. Must be first-world problems you speak of. Great game tho!

Chris Carter and Vashon Tucker are very much a part of the team. Just buried in depth chart. Ruhe left the team last year. Was going to try another school. Saw him working at TJ's Bar in Grand Forks last summer. Don't know what's happened to him after that.

Attendance aside, the crowd that was there last night was effective when the team needed some energy. I know the UND football team had poor Sarah Sharp, the vandals 6'4" OH, rattled all night! They got into her head early and she must have drove all of her serves into the net. The basketball team wasn't as active on the other end but they were into it, too. It didn't look overly sparse last night compared to the regular season games.

Presidents can also grant ADs (and others) purvue to explore possibilities with their counterparts in other conferences while the Presidents, in parallel, work out the politics with their own counterparts within their existing conference.

Soooo good to hear! Wow! That WR corps could be looking pretty damn sweet!

He haS been a beast on special teams, though. Not sure if that qualifies as a legit reason to pull a RS.
-
Maybe special teams if anything. Not sure either.

That SOS is an amazing elixir in the Mo Valley.

Still psychologically we would have known just how brutal the competition was. I will never discount the power of confidence. That's all I'm saying. You're not wrong at all. I am making a different point, a hypothetical point. Hindsight is always 20-20. Go UND!
-
If we would have known that six weeks ago, it would have done wonders for us psychologically from a confidence standpoint and we would have stomped their butts. Same with BG.
-
Valid points! But I've seen nothing from the team or the coaches to suggest they are satisfied with their performances of late, despite the fact they've resulted in Ws.
-
Amen! We've got some on here that act like they're geniuses on something that, if they were magically put in the role in question, they would quickly turn into a monkey looking at their wristwatch. Big talk. Internet tough guys.
-
Or if John Walker would have decided to stick with the better team. Wonder if he's second guessing himself now. Maybe he liked the mountains. Tell you the truth, after seeing what a JA he can be maybe we're better off without him.

Are you serious? Lemme guess, "the push off"?
