The Offense is average in a conference where the defense is below average. In 2017, the Big Sky had one team in the top 50 (WSU at #40). A total of five in the top 100: #74 NAU, #87 MSU, #89 Sac ST., and #97 Montana. I hope your right about this. The section of N. Washington that goes under the train tracks had an overlay put on it last fall. By this spring, it had all washed out and was as bad or worse as it was last fall..

The Greenway Takeover Festival has announced their headliners. Hopefully there's more interest in it this year than there was last year, although the weather may have had something to do with it. The weather can be pretty iffy for outdoor events in September around here.

That's one heckuva run on sentence. And this coming from someone who often uses ellipsis. If Illinois starts hockey, they will be in the B1G. Otherwise I agree that ASU has a better chance than UND. I would like for UND to be in the B1G Hockey Conference (and I'm probably in the minority of UND fans), but the chances are pretty slim we ever end up there.

So does that arena make them an option for the NCHC?

That land is too valuable for that. There's at least three frisbee golf courses between GF and EGF. I think they serve the need for both cities quite well.

I think Siouxfan97 is saying the guy who got Marko to go to UND will be a new assistant coach. No idea if it’s true or just speculation on Siouxfan 97’s part.

It's really too bad we don't adapt a game plan around the talent we have at the running back position. John Santiago makes a list for top running backs. I feel as though Oliveria is the better "running back" between the two. Santiago is a great talent but as far as a "running back," he lacks some fundamentals. He has gotten better since his freshman year. A nursing home is doubtful. There is a moratorium on NSG Home beds in ND, meaning they would need to purchase bed licenses from existing nursing homes. A company can not just decide to build a nursing home without purchasing beds. I Have not heard of anyone doing that in GF other than Valley Memorial Homes who is already building there addition at 4000 Valley Square. Maybe an Assisted Living, but again, I have not heard anything on that front either.

Is he done playing professionally in Poland?

Pretty sure it will be combined. There will still be work going on with the Kennedy Bridge and so both EGF and GF have said no to a downtown parade last year. I believe that applies to this year as well.
