UM plays faster and more height. Would love to see the program get to the point where they aren't the fourth seed in the region. Might be able to pull out a victory in a 2-3 matchup.

I didn't break down the yards per game but I did look at the scores of the non-conference games since Bubba took over. In those four years, UND is averaging a little over 17 points. We know the Big Sky isn't a conference known for playing defense. Even the teams in the non-conference schedule aren't great defensive teams (Drake, Mizz State) The MVFC does play defense...I believe Rudy has to go. There needs to be better use of the personnel we have and take advantage of matchups. I don't mind the philosophy, but I don't think Rudy implements a very good game plan.

I think Rednecksioux may have been referring back 5-6 years ago when Altru leaders came out with renderings and plans to renovate the hospital. Those plans kind of went away, probably due to the purchase of Doctor's hospital on S. Washington. After seeing how Sac. State's fourth QB, true Frosh, did in his college debut against us, I don't hold out much hope that we will do much contain the Eagles this Saturday. I hope I'm wrong...either way, the end of this nightmare of a season will be over. Can't believe it's already over and it's been as bad as it has been. Going to be a really long off season.

I believe the Hub is the oldest bar in GF. Not sure on restaurant? Italian Moon maybe? Edit: The Kegs would probably be the oldest restaurant in GF.

Although I agree with much of what you said, I don't believe we will or should ever be a doormat team in the MVFC. As bad as this year is going, we still shut out Mizzou state. I'd like to believe we are better than Indiana State as well. I will also say I don't want to be a mediocre team year in and year out. I'd hope we are in the top tier contending for conference championships more years than not.

Even taking away the injuries, are our guys big enough/strong enough? It seems as though every team we play is "bigger" than our players. Part of that is recruiting the right player (size) and part of that is Strength and Conditioning I would think?

Since everyone is throwing out ideas, I can't believe this hasn't been thrown out there. With the gophers in town for hockey, it's obvious the announcement will be that UND will become a B1G affiliate for hockey...

I hadn't officially seen or heard that Reyes was out for the year but it appears that is the case. Sorry if this is old news.
