sprig Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 Nice research done for that article. Non-committal? He said right away what his intentions were. And he's a senior? I believe the article is pointing out his intentions after this season, on whether he'll stay at ND for his senior year or go to the NHL. He is no doubt committed to be a Sioux this year. Quote

Diggler Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 You'll have to forgive the bike riding hippie, since he's moved to Wisconsin his brain has obviously melted. Quote
Goon Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 That's the way I read it, too. Yep I agree with PCM and don't expect him to be here next season so enjoy the gift this year. Quote

The biggest reason Wisconsin has Milwaukee, just on that ND wins! Quote

Siouxmama Posted August 7, 2007 Posted August 7, 2007 I seriously doubt Oshie is 5'10"... According to a picture I have...he's about 5'8". Quote
PCM Posted August 7, 2007 Posted August 7, 2007 I seriously doubt Oshie is 5'10"... Why? I'm 6' and I'd say he's no more than two inches shorter than me. Quote
Diggler Posted August 7, 2007 Posted August 7, 2007 Why? I'm 6' and I'd say he's no more than two inches shorter than me. You're 6' metric while Oshie is 5'8" standard. Do you see the difference? Quote
The Sicatoka Posted August 7, 2007 Posted August 7, 2007 Don't question PCM's estimations of dimension. He was there when the units of measure were created. Quote
redwing77 Posted August 7, 2007 Posted August 7, 2007 Don't question PCM's estimations of dimension. He was there when the units of measure were created. So, when we measure in feet, we're using PCM's foot size as reference? How old was PCM when his foot was measured? Was his arch taken into account? I suppose the same would be for hand-spans... I don't want to know what he used to determine how heavy a "stone" translates to. One last thing: I wonder if there was a fiasco when it came to "foot-pounds?" Quote
PCM Posted August 7, 2007 Posted August 7, 2007 You're 6' metric while Oshie is 5'8" standard. Do you see the difference? So I'm actually 15.24 feet tall? I love the metric system! Quote
PCM Posted August 7, 2007 Posted August 7, 2007 How old was PCM when his foot was measured? Was his arch taken into account? History wasn't being recorded back when i still had arches. Quote
