kfah1 Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 That has got to be one of the most assinine articles I have ever read. What a frickin' dork Quote
The Sicatoka Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 Dilks writes an article and presents it to Dogbert: DOGBERT: I once read that given infinite time, a thousand monkeys with typewriters would eventually write the complete works of Shakespeare. DILKS: But what about my article? DOGBERT: Three monkeys, ten minutes. Courtesy and original credit to Scott Adams, Dilbert comic strip, 15 May 1989. Quote
ScottM Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 I'm not sure if he was trying to be funny, or he's a complete, no-talent assclown ... Quote
Smoggy Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 Wow. So this guy only judges games by the names and uniforms. I like how he also lumps Fighting Sioux as a name that is un-original. Slight changes to the Blackhawk logo? Star2city needs to send him the link of what everything means in the logo. Did he even state that we used to use that logo? I closed the article and don't want to give him any more hits. Where is that poll from a few years ago that voted our uniforms as the best of all time? Was that for the WCHA at 50 thing? Quote
CoteauRinkRat Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 I'm not sure if he was trying to be funny, or he's a complete, no-talent assclown ... My vote is for the no-talent portion of that statement. Quote
SIOUXELEVENS Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 This is the same Chris that writes the western college hockey blog and I believe it's tongue in cheek. Quote
BleedGrn Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 That was just plain dumb. I like to think of it as more "finger in ass" than "tongue in cheek". Quote
THETRIOUXPER Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 That was just plain dumb. I like to think of it as more "finger in ass" than "tongue in cheek". This response look's alot like a page right out of my handbook. Don't forget about my "Feel The Love" tour 06-07 coming to a town near you. Quote

THETRIOUXPER Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 How did the "Feeling No Pain" tour turn out? It wasn't bad until my crystal ball got cracked. Quote
SiouxMeNow Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 Dilks writes an article and presents it to Dogbert: Courtesy and original credit to Scott Adams, Dilbert comic strip, 15 May 1989. Brilliant! The first thing that popped into my head was Dilks as Wally! Quote
Diggler Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 Eh Maizerage is a knob and no one likes him. Who cares? Quote
BringDeanBack Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 And the Gophers copied the old Minot High hockey jerseys, so what? Quote
SiouxMeNow Posted November 6, 2006 Posted November 6, 2006 GOLDY the gopher is STRAIGHT out of Caddyshack too!! (otherwise why would any team call themselves the GOPHERS? - glorified squirrels I say! ) Quote
Goon Posted November 6, 2006 Posted November 6, 2006 This is the same Chris that writes the western college hockey blog and I believe it's tongue in cheek. That is what I thought, I didn't think he was trying to make anyone really upset just trying to be funny. Chris has been known to stir it up a bit. Quote
