Outshot them 13-4 in the 3rd period and had several grade A chances. You might have been watching a rerun of one of last year’s games

Tell tale sign is if they spent the first two and half periods trying to figure out how to gain the offensive zone and maintain possession of the puck. This year’s team did it about eight different ways in the first period alone yesterday. Another area that is night and day.

Watching this team forecheck hard when playing with a lead has been so much fun.

Nope....first 7 minutes was what I said when I posted. If you watched it was obvious but it you're a 5000 ft drone guy...great.

Overall, it was a rock solid defensive game for the home team. I'll take a league win however I can get it.

The best example to me to Croal. He easily could have been a physical presence last year but between the scheme, and the fact he was randomly an unexplainable healthy scratch, it never happened.  Clearly not the players fault.

Does Hak still maintain a residence in GF?  I have heard differing stories about whether the family follows him around the NHL.

Has home on Pelican Lake a few doors down from some in-laws, not far from Zorbaz. IDK about GF or his family
