Flemming success early season was a double edge sword.  On the one hand, it was a great breakout and got us some wins. On the other hand, Jerry is hard focusing on him as the season stretches on.

Fleming is too quick to take the sideline on the short out pass. Cutting back ocassionly would get some big yards.
