I've been consistent over the years. When it comes to recruits, my excitement is 100% in correlation with competing offers. Last year at this time, they had 5 recruits and days away from the Wunderlich commit. You'd think things would start to heat up soon.

I know I followed this much closer last year, but really not sure who the main targets are right now.

Great question! Here's the list of current offers. LOTS of O-line offers getting interest from G5/P4 schools right now, so I'd expect additional offers to be sent out soon to that group specifically. About 175 names on the prospect list too, who have had contact/taken visits with the school at some point in the last year.

With Andrew McGee and Ethan Howey with the NDSU offers those would be full rides because they FBS correct?

Add Brady Lee to that list as well.

Went back and started looking at commitment dates and comparing the #'s to last year. Spring game was a week earlier this year. Relatively similar at 8 last year vs 7 this year as of April 30th. By Mid-May 2026 they had 13. Nothing from Mid-May to Mid-June. Sort of two different recruiting seasons. We'll see if things pick up over the next few weeks.

One criticism to the staff / incredibly jealous of a rival, but if you've been on twitter, you can't miss NDSU's Official Visit graphics flooding your 'for you' page. All their current commits and top perspective recruits posting about it (guys that are high on UND's list as well). Weekends that start end of May, beginning of June. NDSU does such a good job at building hype, promoting themselves. I understand eventually, we'll see something from current commits but feels too passive. Not the same.

It also helps to have 22 more scholarships to offer
