If there is a there there to the claims of a weekend incident involving Boisvert, it'd be a shame if it hit the press wires and screwed up his backdoor deal.

So if he wasn't getting out there enough is that Berry's fault or his.  Would love to know how softball the questions were to Jackson during his interview process, because scouts and Junior coaches don't throw out that kind of information about not being out there lightly.

Not sure if it has been said yet, but Sacha is getting $150k from BU. And allegedly O-Mac is headed there too. Per one of our current players.

Saw one of the Boston College bloggers said he thought the Eagles were in on Boisvert, but maybe the Terriers already have him locked up.

Boisvert and OMac are both eastern kids. UND should focus their recruiting efforts on western US and Canada.

Berry should have let him go them but was maybe fighting for his job and went the other way on the decision?

Yes, but you still want to maintain relevance across all of North America in order to be able to get a few top end guys from outside your normal recruiting base.

Pinto is from New York and he was a great player at UND.

The staff can offset some of these losses with some nice portal additions and a couple last minute home run additions from the CHL.

This hockey team needs guys that want to be here.  If players are more concerned with making a quick dollar they should go.  I say this knowing nothing about what the locker room was like this year.  I'm guessing it was a dysfunctional mess and kids are bailing partially because of it.  Let's get the locker room calmed down and back on track

My guess is that it wasn't announced to the locker room...just that other players had suspicions.

If it means they will work hard and be all in, maybe some changes were in order.   Both Perron and Boisvert seemed non-existent at points, however once Boisvert scored a few times coming out of his slump he continued the hot streak.
