Cousins to Ben Jacobson. Adam just resigned at Gunnison in Colorado, so I would look for him to be an assistant at UND possibly in the near future. Nick played at Utah for Rick Majerus years ago. Good player! You are correct again. 2 Quote

The Sicatoka Posted Wednesday at 06:24 PM Posted Wednesday at 06:24 PM So who is on the current roster? Quote
UND92,96 Posted Wednesday at 06:50 PM Posted Wednesday at 06:50 PM I have to think Jacobson's connections will be an asset in recruiting the portal. 1 Quote

A typical NCAA Division I college basketball team has five full-time coaches: one head coach and four assistant coaches, though staff size can vary slightly depending on NCAA rules and program resources. iramurphy Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago 1 hour ago, CMSioux said: we are kindred spirits I was a student and knew Zaz and Pinky. A number of us football players ran track for Zaz. Mike Deutsch and George Lange ran hurdles. Mark Blake and Ron Gustafson ran sprints and relays, I ran middle distance and relays. I think Jerry Skogmo and Doug Schindler did shot putt. Spring FB interfered with track practice so I only ran Fr and Soph yrs. Lots of Zaz stories. Zaz remains a legend. Pinky Kraft suffered severe burns when his unit was hit by artillery in WW2. He wasn’t expected to survive his burns so his cot was left in hallway of the hospital they took him to. After a few days they noticed he refused to die. He told some great story’s about his recovery. His baseball team had a number of FB players who were also good BB players. Bruce Daucsavage, Scott Hewitt, Jamie Grownowski ( our punter/kicker who came to UND on a baseball scholarship). Pinky’s son Brian and I refereed some early WBB games including a UND-NDSU game when Shirlan Mosley was coaching against Amy Ruley. Great memories of UND legends and the beginnings of WBB under Dee Watson. We would need a few pitchers of beer to reminisce not just about athletics but life on campus during the early Clifford years. 3 Quote

ND-fan Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago I think your projections would be valid for any number programs anybody saying having multiple transfers is pretty much given South Dakota, Kansas City, OrU, Omaha, and even NdSu has had two transfers , all have multiple transfers and having assistant coach leaving is not uncommon. I wonder who are and I have serious doubts of your creditability of what you are claiming as parent but somebody just wanting to create controversy because for some other reason. Our biggest loss in transfer portal is Ava Miller but even her loss is not impossible to replace she became capable center for the Summit conference but was not in top four centers in conference but showed she still hadn’t reached her peak. I have hopes with spots left we can find immediate help for coming season. Quote
The Sicatoka Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Predicting staff changes on losing squads in college athletics seems pretty safe. Predicting portal entries these days is predicting the sun will rise in the east. I predict Jacobson is an upgrade. 1 Quote
