Played on the same line with Parise and Murray at Shattuck and chose to attend UM when most of the others came to UND. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Actually, he wanted to go to UND but the Sioux didn't have any scholarship $$ left for him. He would have had to walk on and he was seriously considering doing just that and turning down the UM scholarship. He kept the Gophers waiting as long as he could to see if anything could develop with the Sioux, but there wasn't even a small partial that they could free up. He was at the U of M hospital this weekend for several days. I haven't heard whether he has had any incidents like this in the past, or what exactly the cause of it is. I also don't know whether this is something that just happens and ends, or whether it is indicitive of any kind of mental illness or disorder. People are asking if anyone knows anything, etc. Everyone is speculating, repeating what someone told them or someone they know heard from some one they heard said to the man on the moon, etc. While at the Xcel, I also heard from several persons that Tyler was admitted to the hospital. Just as I heard all about Robbie's progress from several sources through out the weekend. Now all of a sudden it's an invasion of privacy. You can't have it both ways!
