Interesting rumor! I would have thought the delay was due to the weather as it rained in Grand Forks yesterday.

talking better lead to action bc downtown is becoming a very nice district but getting hit up for heaters and cash and getting yelled at will eventually scare people off....

I agree with you 1,000 percent!!! @SIOUXFAN97 I want to see downtown GF grow in a positive way!!! I also want to see less crime downtown GF
