NoiseInsideMyHead
Tonight's openers: GFC 35 Watford City 0 GFRR 43 Williston 14 I always kind of figured that the population boom in the oil patch would generate athletic success, especially with influx of workers from FB-crazy TX and OK. Still on track, or have we seen a crest?
SiouxFan100
I say a crest - until the next wave
JohnboyND7
I suspect most of the population growth was young single men...not exactly families

Quote In some cases, increases have strained existing school district physical capacity and resources, according to the study. For example, in 2011, the Williston School District converted a library into a classroom and moved the library into a hallway.

The Sicatoka
I thought Kindred and Central Cass would be closer. Kindred has a man-child that plays O and D tackle and punts. Jamestown was easily dealing with Dickinson last I checked ... (ok, ok, I might have dozed off) ...
The Sicatoka
Found last night's scores ... https://scorestream.com/explore/r/north-dakota/high-school/scores Tell me the last time on the same night both GF schools won and Bismarck High was blown out by 40+ on their home field. sioux rube
Jamestown goes back to back in class A football defeating Fargo North today 46-21. They were so fun to watch this season. Going to miss Hochalter behind center and as a D back. Absolute stud. He was class A player of the year too
SiouxFan100
Very impressed with Jamestown. Especially the skill players. As good as any team I have watched this year and I have watched about ten Shanley games. maybe Jamestown might have struggled at on the line but skilled - as good or better than the final game today.

Shanley would handle Jamestown pretty easily from what I saw
JohnboyND7
Shanley would own Jamestown. Doesn't take away from the Jays. Fun team. Not great on the line though. Relied on the skill guys. Jamestown has been having a little Renaissance for athletics the past several years. Not sure if they started putting something in the water, but we were pretty bad at basically everything when I was growing up here ('02-'10). Oxbow6
Shanley will be very good again next season. Lots of quality skilled guys waiting for their chance. Both lines will be solid too.
