Exactly!  A lot of people envisioned that this team would be a work in progress and hoping it would come together after Christmas. Good start so far in league which is nice, but expectations should still be realistic.  Just the fact that we don’t automatically get possession after a faceoff is a huge thing. Hopefully that is one area we can improve on, but we have started off nicely.

Miami knew the only way for them to steal a game this weekend was on the PP, and executed well on that front. Likely focused on that all week at practice.

Calder reminds me of Perry Berezan.  Power forward with enough strength and speed to turn the corner on a D.  Good shot. Plays 200 foot game.

Nice sweep!  Watched the game but honestly can’t remember any of their goals. The only thing concerning heading into next weekend is our PK and save %. Both stats are important to beat good teams.

Faceoffs at critical times, especially PP or PK.

Road sweep? Always take those.

Better than a road sweep? Lots of "talking points" for the coaches come Monday practice.

I said he didn't look ready for the NHL during the first game against Quinnipiac, was upvoted a lot and saw the rhetoric escalate from there. He was making mistakes then that he hasn't since though, and considering he plays half the game and has the puck on his stick so much, mistakes will happen.
