808287 Posted January 18, 2019 Share Posted January 18, 2019 Weninger was NCHC goaltender of the week two weeks back, tossing a pair of shutouts against Anchorage. Denver brought some offense and managed a 1-0 and 3-2 OT sweep of Omaha last weekend in Denver. So if we make Weninger look good, don't be too surprised, the kid can play. That said, I don't care if they have to x-ray him to determine if the puck crossed the line or not. We need net-front bodies and a lot of rubber headed his way.
