Not a lunatic like Rocky, where Roger could sit at a recruit’s kitchen table and win the battle by basically being himself. Quote

But no one around here has moved up. There just isn't any conferences that would make sense around here except the Mountain West and ask Idaho about trying to get into that one. Unless SV's theory on the WAC/Big Sky being an FBS conference comes true us northern schools are stuck with only the Sun Belt in sight. YUCK! Quote

Popular Post shep Posted January 6, 2018 Popular Post Posted January 6, 2018 Why move up when they can dominate this division? Don't give me this crap about being tired of it either. If they want to play in the Meineke Muffler Tossed Salad Bowl every year, fine by me, but it doesn't make any sense. 6 Quote

Bison will NOT get past a minor bowl game and frankly, most teams that play in those LOSE money. How much would it cost to move up to get to play in those types of games IF you're lucky? Quote

Oh I just put on my Twitter page: NCAA you just crowned a champion that had to play 4 playoff games. Did that "dilute the regular season?" I think the big boys should have 8 teams! UCF got jobbed-beat the team that beat BOTH teams in the committee run playoff title game and get nothing out of it. 1 Quote

Wilbur Posted January 7, 2018 Posted January 7, 2018 NDSU isn't ever moving up. They will be the kings of the FCS, and with as big of a talent gap there is between schools in the FCS division (yeah MVSU...Valpo) they will the kings forever. Quote

The alumni of UND need to step up and help create jobs in GF if they care about UNDs future. Fargo SU backers can point to the big difference in the cities that has happened over the past 20 years.GF has fallen way behind. UND is a state flagship U. We are not a tiny private school. You guys who don't live here want Gf to be a good place but it's not on your radar as much as us who live here. GF needs higher paying jobs who can buy tickets to games. why is it always Fargo and Bismarck with the exciting growth and jobs. It can happen in GF as well as any other city. If you look at the weather on average 2 degrees a day difference between Fargo and GF. If those cities can do it GF can do it. Just get out the word to people who care and can do something about it. 2 Quote
