dmksioux Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Doesn't appear to have any obvious injury (i.e. Brace, cast, etc) as she is sitting on the bench. Quote

shep Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Announcers said she had a walking boot. Injuries are killing this team, but Frosh are stepping up Ok. I watched it on Directv. Quote

lawkota Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Any news on Loyd. She didn't start but played 25+ minutes off the bench in Sunday's loss to Drake. Fouled out with a minute to go. Quote
obborg Posted November 26, 2015 Author Posted November 26, 2015 (edited) Ladies out in San Fran playing like a bunch of young kids a long ways from home. Doesn't look like they will be able to muster 40 points. Brewster was teed up with Pres Kelley sitting right behind him. Edited November 26, 2015 by obborg Quote
the green team Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 So Coach Brewster has had a bad year, followed by a Big Sky Tourney title, followed by a late season collapse, followed by this start...hot seat? gfhockey, what say you? Quote

SWSiouxMN Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 I think it would help out when Szabla gets back to her old self. It was going to be tough sledding early on for these girls, but I do expect them to figure it out and do some damage in conference. They do need to get off to better starts, being outscored 109-55 in the first quarter! Quote
nd1sufan Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 It's definitely something that needs to be watched this season, that's for sure. Are you serious? From the outside I think Brewster is a very good coach. There is no possible way he is on a luke warm plate considering the leash your men's coach has been given. Quote

There is no possible way he is on a luke warm plate considering the leash your men's coach has been given.I don't think the Women's team will be bad this year; they'll bounce back once they get their injured players back in the line-up. But it will be interesting to see how the Women's team bounces back from a very disappointing 2014-15 season. As for the Men's program, you are right about the leash Jones has been given and it is a serious concern. Quote
obborg Posted November 27, 2015 Author Posted November 27, 2015 I notice Olivia Hass has been removed from the roster. Anyone got the scoop? Or a guess even? Quote
CMSioux Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 To some every UND coach that loses two games in a row should be on the hot seat. Brewster will probably leave for a higher level job way before his seat even gets warm. Quote
obborg Posted November 28, 2015 Author Posted November 28, 2015 I don't think the Women's team will be bad this year; All this losing doesn't worry me one bit either. Early season failure strengthens a team for late season success. Last year we followed the opposite route. Quote
SWSiouxMN Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 These slow starts in the 1st quarter are just getting to this team.... Quote
SWSiouxMN Posted December 5, 2015 Posted December 5, 2015 UND gets a good home win over a solid MVC team in UNI. 64-59 was the final. Quote
