6. Brock Boeser, Waterloo (USHL):

He tied for first in the United States Hockey League with 35 goals and 32 power-play points, and was third with 68 points in 57 regular-season games. Boeser (6-foot, 191) was named to the USHL All-Rookie Team and All-USHL First Team. Ranked No. 27 on Central Scouting's final list, Boeser is a product of Burnsville High School in Minnesota, and is committed to the University of North Dakota for next season.

7. Matej Tomek, Topeka (NAHL): The 6-2, 180-pound native of Bratislava, Slovakia will play for the University of North Dakota in 2015-16. He went 24-7-2 with a 1.83 GAA, six shutouts and a .928 save percentage in 33 games as a rookie with the RoadRunners in the North American Hockey League, and is No. 5 on Central Scouting's final ranking of North American goalies. "He's not your typical cookie-cutter goalie because he'll react to a situation and play a different style in certain situations," Jensen said. "He's been very solid in the North American Hockey League; I can see him making the jump to the next level with ease; no problem."

5. Paul Bittner, Portland (WHL):

In his third season with the Winterhawks he had 34 goals and 71 points 66 regular-season games after coming out of Crookston High School in Minnesota. Bittner (6-4, 204), No. 26 on Central Scouting's final North American list, had six goals and six assists in 11 games when linemate Nicolas Petan (Winnipeg Jets), who was second in the WHL in assists this season, missed time while playing for Canada at the 2015 IIHF World Junior Championship. "He's a smooth skater, really good hands and [can] make plays, and good in tight along the wall," NHL Central Scouting's John Williams said.

Flyers mock with boeser

http://www.broadstreethockey.com/2015/6/23/8830939/brock-boeser-nhl-mock-draft-2015-flyers

Scouts on boeser

A big power winger who utilizes his size and strength to generate offensive chances...a real do-it-all guy...plays hard in all three zones...has a great compete level...protects the puck extremely well, especially with defenders draped all over him...fights through any contact he encounters...has a lethal shot, quick release and very accurate...drive the net...can also pull up and set-up his teammates with a skilled pass...defensively he does a great job taking away shooting lanes and forcing the other team to adjust their plan...a real pro-style player.

@SchlossmanGF: Although he's not on the Central Scouting list, a possible dark horse pick for UND this year is incoming freshman D Christian Wolanin.

@SchlossmanGF: Hayden Shaw also not as high on some draft boards because of size, but had a terrific year in the USHL.

Wow, is Boston Bruins management trying to ruin their organization? Can't believe they didn't take Barzal with any of the 3 x 1st round picks and they made a huge off the board pick to boot..
