Really doubt the lakers could pull out another upset. Quote
MafiaMan Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 Can Minnesota stay out if RIT wins? Really doubt the lakers could pull out another upset.Didn't think so, but perhaps it's possible after all... RIT over Mercyhurst + Mankato over Tech + Denver over UND = Minnesota out (obviously with UML over BU and MI over MN as well) RIT over Mercyhurst + Tech over Mankato + UND over Denver = Minnesota out (again, UML over BU and MI over MN need to happen). Mercyhurst was 0-2 this season against RIT, losing 8-0 and 2-1 (OT). Quote
brianvf Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 I would rather UND be the #1 seed than worry about whether UMN will be in tourney or not. Quote
The Sicatoka Posted March 21, 2015 Author Posted March 21, 2015 Need Mankato to lose and UND to win to get back the #1 seed. No, Tech needs to come out fired up and wanting to hold onto that PWR4 slot, and UND needs to heed the immortal advice of Al Davis*. The rest is just minor details, because from here on out, Al's right ... and the hulls are in flames. * "Just win baby." Quote
MafiaMan Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 I would rather UND be the #1 seed than worry about whether UMN will be in tourney or not. Yea, that #1 overall seed always wins the whole thing, right? Damned if we're #1 seed, damned if we're not. Quote

farce poobah Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 I think playing In an empty arena should help the Gophers since they are used to it. Quote
