WeAreNorthDakota
They just switched to a zone. We scored on the first possession against it so hopefully that doesn't stagnate the offense even more.
jdub27
They just switched to a zone. We scored on the first possession against it so hopefully that doesn't stagnate the offense even more. We've been doing alright against a zone lately. Need to slow down Sac St's 67% shooting.
WeAreNorthDakota
Traylor just picked up his first foul. Good job by him avoiding early trouble. Then he goes right down and gets the 3 point play.
UNDBIZ
And Sac banks a 3. Hopefully their shooting goes cold soon.
jdub27
UND down 38-37 with just over 2 left in the half. Sac St shooting 57% and 4-4 from 3.
UNDBIZ
Refs letting them play. Not calling the ticky tacky contact fouls they oftentimes have during the reg season.
jdub27
UND scores with 8 seconds to go and then proceeds to give up a floater at the buzzer. Rag on Jones all you want, that one is all on the players as it want it sounds like some less than stellar effort on the defensive end. UND down by 3 at the half. Need to slow down Sac St.'s shooting, play something resembling defense and UND will be fine. If they don't, then likely going to be all she wrote. UNDBIZ
Down 42-39 at the half. Pathetic defense by UND on Sac's final basket. Hopefully Sac doesn't keep shooting like they have been in the 2nd half, although our defense doesn't make it especially difficult.
WeAreNorthDakota
Decent first half. Getting to the basket effectively, not turning the ball over, finding open guys. Need to find a way to challenge their outside shots so they stop knocking everything down.
sioux2013
We cannot stop the dribble up the middle at all. Down 3 need to get going and play some defense.

homer
I started watching late but if we are continually going to give up easy buckets after we score, why press. Sac St. is quickly in bounding and beating us with numbers to the other end. This is it, if it's not working- make a change.

jdub27
UND on a quick 5-0 run to start the half. Sac St responds with a 3.
homer
That was a tough series for Traylor. Gets called for a clear out on the offensive glass. Than has a player go over his back on the defensive end, grab the offensive board and lower the shoulder for an easy lay up. My opinion is that if you call the clear out you have to call one of the calls on the other end.

jdub27
Webb has 4 PF's with 14 minutes to go. Got called for charging then fouled a guy shooting a 3 the next time down the court (said he didn't give him room to come down on the landing).
