sioux24/7
Anyone know if we are finally getting the greens back this upcoming season? The blacks are cool and all but I think they should be used more like hockey, as business suits and only worn for those big games!
Westside
I remember seeing a quote from Muss before last season saying new away whites & pants for this past season & then new home greens for this upcoming season (I believe)... Hopefully this still is happening.
MadScout03
I sure hope they come back. I like the black jerseys as well but they need to be worn on special occasions.
NDSIOUXFAN1
I sure hope they come back. I like the black jerseys as well but they need to be worn on special occasions. Why can't we be like Oregon and have multiple helmet, jersey and pants combinations? Just a thought.
zonadub
Why can't we be like Oregon and have multiple helmet, jersey and pants combinations? Just a thought. Phil Knight's $$$$$$$
Westside
Why can't we be like Oregon and have multiple helmet, jersey and pants combinations? Just a thought. Because Phil Knight is not an alum of UND.
MadScout03
Yeah, money is the factor, but if it weren't, I wouldn't necessarily be opposed to doing that sort of thing. But being we don't have a "Ralph" for the football program I'd like to get back to our main school colors, green and white.
NDSIOUXFAN1
Because Phil Knight is not an alum of UND. If we don't have enough money to have 3 different jerseys/pants and 2 helmets, something is seriously wrong.
sioux24/7
I like these.... Lets go back to these
geaux_sioux
I'm sure Bubba will get a set of greens like Mussman was going to. It's just not right to have black for every home game. Green with black pants is the way to go.
WeAreNorthDakota
I like the black jerseys but they're much better suited as an alternate. Green jerseys that actually match the helmets should be the home colors for 90% of home games.
NDSIOUXFAN1
I think we should have the ability to go all green, all white and all black with green and black helmets. Then you would have some cool combinations.
MafiaMan
I think we should have the ability to go all green, all white and all black.., STOP THE MATCHING JERSEY AND PANTS INSANITY! No monochrome!
MafiaMan
Why can't we be like Oregon and have multiple helmet, jersey and pants combinations? Just a thought. Because some schools actually like tradition - Alabama...Georgia...Florida State. Special-event jerseys like Notre Dame's green jersey are cool...coming out with some different Nike garbage every week waters down your brand.
Gus Chiggins
I like the idea of a matte white and/or gray alternate helmet, much like "westside's" avatar, except newer style obviously. Then eventually a gray alternate uniform. White, gray, black and green jerseys. White, black and gray pants. That's all we need. No green pants. geaux_sioux
Green pants would be pretty tacky.

So we can be like Tennessee, Oklahoma State, West Virginia, and everyone else who decided to add grey to their uniform color scheme in the past season or two? Why stop there? Why not add the fake color 'volt' to the uniform scheme as well?
geaux_sioux
Classy>>>>>Flashy for uniforms.

Recruits hate that kind of thing nowadays. Feeling shame.
MafiaMan
Sorry not sure what I was thinking having alternate helmets and jerseys for special occasions (not bad company you mentioned there). Recruits hate that kind of thing nowadays. Feeling shame. Special occasions is one thing...and I am a big fan of third jerseys. But having four-five jersey and pant colors along with five different helmets does nothing for me. Did you notice Indiana's hot mess of a wardrobe this season?
Siouxperfan7
I don't like the idea of changing helmet colors. Now a matte green helmet I think would look good.
geaux_sioux
I don't like the idea of changing helmet colors. Now a matte green helmet I think would look good. Baylor tried that and it didn't exactly look sharp.
sioux24/7
I think we just need some classic looking jerseys. And not that anyone has mentioned this but I definitely don't want names on the back of them.
PhillySioux
I've always thought a white helmet with green logo and mask would look sharp.
NDSIOUXFAN1
why can't you have 3 helmets? white with green arrow strip and ND, flat green with white and flat black with green. this would go great with a set of all white, green and black pants/jerseys. if you are going to start fresh, lets show some fresh looks.
