This was the new coach's first win. Not a bad way to start!

My 13 year old daughter was at the game today w a soccer teammate. She said UND played well but made some costly miscues in a 3-1 loss.

Congrats to UND on its first Big Sky conference win 3-1 over Eastern Washington. They have had some tight losses and seem to be pretty young. Perhaps this team will also be able to turn the corner like Volleyball did. I got to speak with some of the players at the football game and came away impressed with their positive attitudes.

Soccer also got some signatures yesterday: Aurelie Overson from AZ, Sydney Bravek from Brooking, SD (Dakota Alliance Soccer Club), Sabrina Majerczyk from Scottsdale, AZ (F/M) all signed letters of intent.

Some names that are committed but I don't know if they have signed are:

Maia Lundstrom (Goalkeeper) from Hill-Murray High School

Zoe Berlinquette From Duluth,MN Played for Shattuck St.Mary's

There were also 5 others that have taken campus visits:

Natalie Johnson, Lexie Andres, and Tracey Mather from Stillwater, MN (all Defense)

Emily Smithson from Grand Rapids, MI (Defense)

And Liz McDonald () know nothing else about here

I personally know that Shattuck St. Mary's is not only a very good hockey school but a very top end soccer school. And the Dakota Alliance in South Dakota is one of the best soccer clubs in the Midwest. And it looks like Emily Smithson plays for the Grand Rapids Crew in MI. But it looks like she played varsity soccer as a freshman and played a for many club state championships.

I heard the coach interviewed a few days ago. He was very positive about 10 recruits he had coming in.

They by all means might be committed I know all were in campus the same time football bad all of there big first recruiting weekend. The first for sure signed letters of intent

Adding more players. One is a transfer from Arkansas Little Rock and the other is a walk-on from Woodbury.
