Teeder11 Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 There will be a moment of silence tonight for the two North Dakota National Guard Soldiers who were killed this week in Afghanistan and the one who is recovering from injuries in the same attack. Eric Linde, the son of Sgt. 1st Class Darren Linde, one of the Soldiers who were killed, is slated to be in attendance at tonight's game. I cannot be there tonight, but, I send Eric and his family my deepest condolences, and the same goes for the families of Spc. Tyler Orgaard, also killed, and Spc. Ian Placek. Quote

Blackheart Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 Why is Dan Hammer's arm in a sling? Were they high-fiving after the last slightly above average broadcast? Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 Audio isn't even close to the video tonight. Awful! Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 Minnesota Duluth keys to the game? Anybody else see that graphic? Quote
jodcon Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 Minnesota Duluth keys to the game? Anybody else see that graphic? Must be the CC broadcasts from last week rubbing off. Quote
bcblues Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 Hey everybody. And Of course GO SIOUX!! Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 Denver scores on a fluky flip and bounce. 1-0 DU Quote
bcblues Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 Damn, crawling out of a hole to start the game. Well, it's not like the boys don't know how to do that! Quote
farce poobah Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 Knight draws a penalty. Pretty weenie call, given that they could have called DU for half-dozen hooks earlier. Of course, hooking is legal in the WCHA unless someone falls down. EDIT: And the even-up call comes a minute later, when Caggiula doesn't draw the tripping call. Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 Caggiula gets dragged down to the ice during a scoring chance, 10 feet from the ref, and no call. Quote
bcblues Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 Yeah, that non call was pretty bad.ref standing right there. Unless he saw something completely different than the other 30,000 people watching. Quote
Emerald joker Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 Caggiula gets dragged down to the ice during a scoring chance, 10 feet from the ref, and no call. FRICKIBG HUNT Quote
jodcon Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 Why can't the reffing in this league ever be consistent? They call every ticcy-tac thing and then let murder go...BS. Quote
bcblues Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 Pretty frustrating. All the time and effort that goes into training to be a competitive hockey player, and it comes down to meh reffing. Quote
