Siouxperfan7 Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 Here is the vintage style jersey in photographic form. I've never tried a uni swap like this on a photo, but it turned out pretty decent for the most part. It's not something I would probably do again as it's pretty extensive. Anyways, how do your opinions change now that you can see it "in use"? Awesome!! I love em!! Best part is the green helmets and breezers!! Need to go back to that. Quote

MafiaMan Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 Maroon and Gold are classic college colors, best in the Big Ten. You're joking, right? Show me maize and blue and you instantly recognize Michigan. Anywhere. Quote

Anyways, how do your opinions change now that you can see it "in use"? Nice work. However, I don't like it. Think Minnesota's green jersey now in white/tan. We don't want to look like the Wild. They have the worst colors in the NHL, let alone the worst jerseys. I don't care if they started trends with their red jerseys and with the logo for the alternative jersey, the wild have brutal jerseys. Quote
dagies Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 I think that ensemble (how about THAT for hockey talk!) looks great. Good work! Quote
jpiehl Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 Can't we just all agree that the Minnesota block "M" is the best logo on the front of any hockey jersey in the world? It's clean, sharp, and you can tell excatly what it is from the last row of the upper deck. Unless the gophers are playing Michigan... Quote

Goon Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 Tony Hrkac seemed to like 'em. If I am not mistakened I thought that UND won a title in 1997 wearing green. Quote
Snake Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 If I am not mistakened I thought that UND won a title in 1997 wearing green. I'm pretty sure they wore white the whole way through in '97. For sure against BU in the title game. We were higher-seed vs CC in the Frozen Four and we wore white in that game, too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bFxDTWm83ws Quote
JESUS,family, rutgers Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 This might be going out on limb, but I think I am the only person in New Jersey who has Tony Hrkac Quebec Nordiques jersey Quote
InHeavenThereIsNoBeer Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 This might be going out on limb, but I think I am the only person in New Jersey who has Tony Hrkac Quebec Nordiques jersey I would give you pretty much anything for that jersey. That is awesome! Quote
MafiaMan Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 If I am not mistaken I thought that UND won a title in 1997 wearing green. I was there in Milwaukee watching that '97 team...yes, they wore green breezers and helmets. Quote
