  1. Thought I'd start a new topic so as many people as possible know about it. He will be on the podcast for an hour this Wed. http://www.blogtalkradio.com/uscholive/2014/02/20/uscho-live-season-3-episode-16-hakstol-olshansky
  2. The best way to go FBS would be to take the top schools from each the Big Sky and MVFC, IMO.
  3. The best way to go fbs would be to take the top schools from each the Big Sky and MVFC, IMO.
  4. Looking for two lower bowl tickets for tonights game..
  5. Perhaps Hugo's doesn't get resupplied often enough so the produce goes bad? I've noticed it with their avocados... they are either black or bright green it seems like.
  6. Would have been better off doing that than building a useless cross walk.
  7. Memorial union has one.
  8. OK then, what makes more money, und hockey or ndsu football?
  9. Gotcha. I agree.
  10. Just because more people now about something doesn't mean its better.
  11. That doesn't mean they aren't a competitive program.
  12. Anyone else think it would be great half way in between Fargo and gf?
  13. Oh, and Chipotle
  14. Grand Forks has enough chains! How about more restaurants like Darcy's, parrots cay, blue moose, and red pepper! We need more local owner-operator joints.
  15. Making fun of NCAA hockey for having small schools that are competitive is ridiculous. LOL NCAA basketball gonzaga, Wichita, Marquette, Creighton, providence, valpo, Seton hall, and the rest of a10 and the big east.
  16. Only that you are a dumbass. Edit: and you said "worker", which is singular.
  17. smokey the cat, on 11 February 2014 - 10:17 AM, said: Go tell your grandparents they are just lazy takers. Tell that to the WW II vets while your at it. How about the UND students pay their actual costs of their educations instead of asking these takers to help pay for it. my post # 44: What was the cost of education when they went to school? How much debt are students stuck with? Pretty sure the average is around 40 grand.... that isn't free money. Also, who do you think is paying for their social security? Young people are, and they aren't going to get squat when they retire. WWII vets are only a fraction of retirees... please. ............................................................................................................................................................................................................. Ok.... not seeing anything about this: "That most retirees would have gone to college in the 40's-60's." Is your point that that they could get decent jobs without even having to go to college? I'm not even sure what your argument is anymore - it's like talking to a damn wall with you.
  18. They didn't have to... and it wasn't even discussed. Stop bringing up other topics and admit you are wrong.
  19. So a small business owner is a communist? You have to be a troll...
  20. Do you use facts in any discussion? How about you explain why he is wrong....
  21. How what?!
  22. Could have built a bigger and cheaper one behind Achives Coffee House. More centralized location, closer to the Ralph, bigger footprint. Student Gov't surveyed the students last week: Q2. Do you consider parking availability at UND to be satisfactory or unsatisfactory? Satisfactory: 13.17%, 171 respondents Unsatisfactory: 82.43%, 1070 respondents N/A: 4.39%, 57 respondents
  23. Produce is my biggest problem - if it wasn't so bad, I'd probably overlook the other issues (besides the drearyness of the stores). I'm in grand forks and Target blows them out of the water on the quality of produce, which is quite sad for Hugos. If I had to say where I prefer going, it would probably be Super One. I grew up with Byerly's and am a wannabe chef, so I admittedly have somewhat higher standards.
  24. You seem to have changed your tune since you disagreed with my assertion that students pay more for education today than those that are retiring did. You implied that retirees paid roughly the same amount, after factoring in inflation. You also said that students should pay the actual cost of tuition instead of asking the takers (retirees) to pay for it. Will you admit that you were wrong?
