  1. That's all I've been able to find. Very frustrating. Here is a recent clip of Studsrud on with Jack Michaels talking about the Manning Passing Acadamy. http://kfgo.com/podcasts/fighting-hawks-podcast/962/keaton-studsrud-going-to-manning-passing-academy-1/ Maybe it would be a could idea to get a podcast section up on the media page here, since UND audio is so rare. It would be great to be able to keep track of everything that does trickle out.
  2. Does this stream anywhere? I've been trying to find a stream for it since I left Grand Forks and have had no such luck.
  3. This award is meaningless if Sac came in at 2nd place.
  4. Should Ketteringham be on the current public roster? Because he's not.
  5. http://www.grandforksherald.com/news/4286465-und-plans-raze-39-campus-apartment-buildings Thank god.
  6. It's a shame his show can't be streamed
  7. At this point in the year, when other teams start getting commits, I always start to feel like we won't get anyone that we want. Feelsbadman
  8. Don't think that would be possible as his contract would still have a no trade clause?
  9. I started a thread on the Utah message board. Let's get some football talk going. https://www.utehub.com/forums/topic/north-dakota/#post-33911
  10. Isn't his half brother at Gonzaga? I wonder if they would take him for a season. Otherwise I just don't get it, unless he knows Jones is leaving.

It has more than 1000 members and they are currently doing a poll to see which fan bases are the most active.
  12. Is Santiago too small to get a fair chance? Similar to Ratelle? Maybe he's just to young for people to be talking about his draft potential?
  13. Can you elaborate on what specifically you think he should be doing?
  14. Alerus Center negotiations with Spectra hit snag over potential Fargodome conflicts
  15. As of 2015, yes, according to this herald article. It's an interesting read. Of the 14 suites in the upper level of the Alerus Center, 11 are rented through yearly contracts 2010 - 8 rented 2012 - less than half rented 2015 - first year all were rented Average suite prices at the Alerus Center: 2010: $20,502 2011: $19,399 2012: $17,453 2013: $12,550 2014: $13,317 2015: $14,467
  16. It doesn't matter whether or not "we" would want to sit there. We care more about the football game than socializing. We are die hard fans. If UND football continues on it's current trajectory, something like this could be very appealing to those who view the games more as a socializing event. The cabana area, much like the bars at the Ralph, would have !@#$ views, but if there were to be free flowing booze and other perks, I could see them being very popular for the right group people. It would add revenue, and probably get new people into the building. Despite the fact that there is a terrible view for football lovers, patrons of UCF football are willing to pay 20K a year for, otherwise, unused space.
  17. Oh, duh, thanks. There is a forklift in the picture I posted. Anyways, perhaps there is room to recess the cabanas into there to save room behind the end zone. Problem is they would have to be set up and taken down, vs at UCF, they probably leave them out all year.
  18. Sorry I'm bored and it's the off season.
  19. Anyone think something like this could eventually be added to the Alerus? http://abcnews.go.com/Sports/ucf-cabanas-watch-game-end-zone/story?id=45040315 UCF to have cabanas to watch game behind end zone In recent years, football teams have built and sold on-field suites behind the teams on the sidelines, but never have suites been sold behind the end zones. Enter UCF, which is selling suites filled with furniture and inclusive of food, for $22,000 each for the 2017 season. The school began marketing the suites this past season and has already sold out half the suites, which include tickets and parking passes for 12 people per game. The suites also come with inside access to a high-end area where bathrooms are located and additional food and drink will be sold. "We had a waiting list for suites and we sold out of club seats and that led us to do a new club area last year," said Andy Seeley, an associate athletics director at the school. "But there was future interest from our market in more premium space, so we created more." Seeley said all nine suites sold out in the south end zone, so the school decided to build nine suites in the north end zone. While the mockup designs look like the cabanas are right on top of the end line of the end zone, Seeley said they are well behind where the photographers stand, they are padded and have passed all safety requirements. Not sure if there is enough room, but maybe the garage doors could be opened. I think its a ballroom behind there? And anyone know what the Alerus Center suit sales are like and who gets the money?
  20. Nice looking home slate I suppose. 4 home d1 games vs 5 the last two years. Not the end of the world. OOC schedule will be exciting.
  21. "Airport officials cited a declining Canadian dollar and federal subsidies for essential air service directed to regional airports in Devils Lake and Thief River Falls, Minn., as reasons for decline in Grand Forks. Devils Lake has seen more boardings in the last year since offering direct flights to Denver, and Thief River Falls had a similar boost when it started regular flights to the Twin Cities." I believe Trumps newly proposed budget completely guts the Essential Air Service subsidies. The federal government subsidizes the airlines by something like $250 million per year to fly out of smaller airports. (source) Assuming congress follows through with this specific part of the new tax proposal, direct flights out of Devil's Lake and Thief River, that the GFH article addresses, will likely go away. I think this would help the Grand Forks airport, and coincidentally, Amtrak, which the government also over funds. Come to think of it, he probably want's to cut Amtrak funding as well, but I haven't read anything on it yet. Either way, let the free market work.
  22. Based on that map, I'd start a new conference with: UND, NDSU USD, SDSU Montana, Montana State Idaho, EWU UNO, DU Idaho State, Weber or Portland State, Seattle or both
