This please. The current jerseys look god awful as replicas. They are honestly embarrassing, and I can't believe anybody buys them. If they came out with a new jersey without an awkward number gap, I'd buy a couple.

I'd like to see Santiago play out wide a little bit more, but if we get the line back together like they were playing last year, he needs the most snaps at running back (imo). With a decent line, he is much more of a threat to score on any given play, from anywhere on the field, than anybody on the roster. If the line isn't giving us huge holes, bigger backs are the way to go (imo).

My deal is currently showing 2623 seats left (plus opposing section and students). I know you were questioning your numbers after the herald released their attendance article, but I think we are both pretty close. Picture below shows how I do it in sections.

With the way attendance is looking, I'm starting to get pissed that I'm not going to be able to make it to the Alerus. Game is going to be ELECTRIC!

Attendance is up like 20% this year, and we lost the first two games of the season. It's not going to happen in one year. If we increase attendance by 20% next year, we are already averaging over 11K a game, and that would be a record.

I think we will have a respectable showing. Although we probably wont have 11k there, I think the fans will be pumped up, and it will be the loudest game of the year. Fans are going to be loud on 1st and 2nd downs this weekend.

I would imagine a large % of student tickets will be walk ups? Perhaps they could add a ticket table in the student tailgating lot to ease congestion at the student entrance, where it's always a huge mess before games. This would make it easier for students to get tickets and there would not be such a big rush at the ticket office before the game. Not that it would increase attendance a whole lot, but it would make the experience more enjoyable. It would also funnel more people through the tailgating lot.

Ever been pestered by the Herald at Hugos to sign up for their newspaper? UND should be selling tickets there in the same way with general admission tickets (that they should have). The ticket office is not creative, and they do not go TO the potential client. UND needs to ask potential clients to take action, rather than hope they show up. It's not the solution, but it would help bring in some additional fans, for little to no extra cost. Another option: Look what UND Hockey does with the Subway Holiday Classic - combine the hockey incentive with a football incentive. In regards to NDSU, the best thing that could happen for us, is for them to lose. Many casual fans drive past UND on their way to the games in Fargo.

FYI, I just ran a dot counting software program to count the remaining seats available on ticketmaster. Came back at 3,761 available seats. This doesn't count the student section. Not sure how accurate it is though

I don't really think people are bashing UND hockey fans in this thread? They just want more to come to the games...

I'm not the one telling a season ticket holder to buy other people tickets... Don't look at me. I was just pointing him in the right direction if he wants to be angry at somebody for not having a sellout. I understand that it takes time to build a fan base. And I'm not telling other people what to do. I fully understand that it is not realistic to have a sellout at this point in Bubbas tenure. And I accept that, although it is disappointing.
