We could have evening games in August and September, but the coaches don't like night games. We did them in 2001 when the Alerus Center opened and they were a blast.

You aren't going to get fans back with one competitive season following years of losing 90+ games. People are taking a wait and see attitude towards this franchise.

This is why "zero tolerance" rules are a bad idea and almost always lead to negative, unintended consequences.

I beg your pardon troll? You were making the point that only "big-time" Division I FBS institutions were likely to add Division I hockey. The other posters are suggesting mainly Division II schools as possible candidates to add hockey. And FWIW, I was a student at Central when they dropped "Redskins". Any other insipid points you want to make troll?

Yeah, when I think North Dakota and College Hockey, I think about Bemidji, Mercyhurst and Mankato in the next breath. I know it is the off-season and your are bored, but please try to find something more productive to do than troll SS.com.
