Breaking news!!! 18-22 year old kids do stupid immature things. Even more stupid an immature things while under the influence od alcohol!!

Was again dissapointed with the crowd on Saturday. Not so much the numbers, but the lack of fan interest by people at the game!! It is beyond frustrating when we score a TD and people won't even stand up to cheer. When we had the pick 6 and converted the 2 point, there were countless fans just golf clapping sitting on their butts. On that last drive where we needed a stop to put it into overtime, it was more of the same. Tie game against the #6 team in the country that beat us by 42 points last year and we have a chance to win, and there were hundreds of fans that I could see that simply were not inengaged in the game and seemed they coulod care less. I am not asking for fans to be jumping up and down for every play on defense and screaming at the top of their lungs. But if you are going to drive out to the Alerus and attend the game, at least show that you want to be their and support the team. There are spectators and there are fans. Which one do you want to be?

And the amazing thing is Bubba is having this type of success (defensively mostly) with Mussman's guys. Can't wait till his guys get plugged into his sytem. Things are looking promising to say the least.

How bout mixing it up and not only change the name of our nickname, but change the way it is referenced and said. What I mean is, if we pick a sweet name like "Warriors" and reference it in the non NA way to our military or Air Base, the nickname could be the Warriors, and we could be known as.... "The Warriors of North Dakota"

Offensive scoring looks good, defense is solid and can also put the puck in the net, goaltending is awesome...Let's Play!!!!!!

The first thing they are doing is more than likely coming up with a timeline of when a new name will be selected and implemented. Then probably determine how a name will be selected. Will they take suggestions from alumni, fans, etc? Will they narrow it down to a final 10, 4, 2?? Will there be a city wide vote to narrow down the list for Kelley to decide? There is much more to the process than just deciding on a new name. And that is what this committee is being asked to do.

Video boards are a great addition to arenas across the country. There are endless possiblities of what they can be used for. Unfortuanely those ideas are quickly swept under the rug and the video boards end up just getting used for advertising. Look to the Ralph for further evidence of this!!

What they should do is instead of having the scored of other games on the video board for the whole game, they sould have the game stats for both teams. Having the scores once in awhile to update current games is ok, but after I know the score, I don't need to see it for another 2 hours!! Hopefully someone at the AL reads this boeard. We obviously have all the answers!!

What could the NCAA do? "Soo" does not violate any of their nickname policies in place and a train engine logo certainly doesn't either. Sure it would probably be a shot at the NCAA, but legally there is nothing they could do to UND to punish them. I am all for it!! HA!!
